This is why Via 313 exists: to Enjoy the pizza we grew up with. It's called square but it's really rectangle, and baked in metal trays, just like the ones used on the automotive assembly lines at the Big Three. But instead of being filled with metal parts, ours are filled with the finest pizza ingredients we could source. We took inspiration from our old digs and created a version of the Sicilian pizza that has been making people smile in Detroit for over 70 years

If you have been waiting for a better pizza place in Utah, this is it! This reminds me of pizza places in the midwest (Chicago and Detroit), that I have been missing living in Utah.

Via 313 has easily become one of my favorite pizza places in Utah Valley, and I love pizza! The Detroit-style pizza was delicious and unlike anything in the area. The crust is crunchy on the edges and the cheese is gooey. The toppings were delicious, and you could tell it was high quality. All of the employees were so kind and so welcoming. We met the owners, and they were so down to earth. Via 313 has gained two regulars!

The pizza was the best I’ve had in Utah, I love good food and I really love good pizza. We are so lucky to have this place in Utah. I guarantee this place will become famous and hard to get reservations for. My favorite pizza out of 5 that I tried was the Ambassador bridge, the meatball appetizer and beet salad were fantastic too. They have great refreshments also.

The pizza is SO good!!! We didn’t know what to expect going here the first time but we loved everything about it. The pizza is different than anything I have ever tried before and I loved it. We also tried the cinnamon sticks and they were delicious. We really want to try their mango pina colada next time we go. All the workers were really nice too!

I took young 3 kids with me to eat here. The staff was so friendly and even gave them balls off dough to play with! The pizza was delicious and my kids gobbled up the cinnamon sticks!
