Truly one of the best meals I've had, in Vegas or anywhere for that matter
Initially thought it was an attempt at leisurely dining, but turned out it was just slow, poor service. Overpriced, limited menu attempting to be upscale but not living up to the hype. The one positive was the view. There are too many better Italian restaurants in Las Vegas to bother with this place. Will not return.
Beautiful setting. Great service. Enjoyed my time more when there wasn't a table of 12 in front of me yelling over each other, and demanding every server's attention. But they showed up after my second course and it was downhill from there. Not totally the restaurant's fault, but remember you have other customers. Also noted was the overuse of smoke. They said the food was smoked, but I swear it was liquid-smoke, which is too strong for my tastes, and the smell is permeating. But the servers were kind, the tuna in citrus broth is a dream in a bowl, and the views are incredible. I'd visit again just to be taken care of by Shannon, who knew every dish by heart, delivered each description with passion, and served me perfect wines I would've never thought to pair.
This is my new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. The view from both the bar and the dining room is phenomenal. The ambiance is relatively intimate - it’s not a huge room jammed with tables like some of the restaurants in Las Vegas but rather has a limited number of tables which keeps the noise level down. The food is creative and flavorful.
Amazing tasting menu dinner and pairing. Service was spot on. Justin the sommelier was fantastic and made us feel at home. Food was incredible. Highly recommended! Best Italian food in the city!
Fantastic...third time I've been here. Always amazing.
Started out good until table next to us was extremely loud and management did nothing. Menu was not as advertised, could not be read and server could not be heard and nothing was done for my wife's birthday. Food was good but not enough of it.
I think this might be Vegas's best kept secret. The entire experience is amazing. Everyone at the dinner with me was raving about every bite of food we had. And the service was wonderful. Love the friendly, attentive staff!
favorite place in Vegas - My clients LOVED it - the food was great and the view id amazing
New Years Eve at Vetri atop of the Palms was spectacular! The food was amazing, my husband received a Vegan dish to all courses served.
Very over priced for the value and experience. Ambiance is great, view is great, service is great. Just way too over priced due to NYE.
I had high expectations. Although everything was delicious, I came away a little disappointed. Pastas were fantastic. Grilled seafood misto was tasty. Again nothing wrong with experience but I was expecting a great, one of a kind meal- I got a very good one instead. I liked his former restaurants in philly better.
SOOOOOOOOO disappointed. We were excited to try because of the location and the view, which is the only good thing there unfortunately. Asked us to sit in the bar that was packed full while they waited to seat us, when the restaurant was basically empty. Awkward server once I mentioned dairy allergy, was told chef could make everything dairy free. Decided to give chef leeway and went with the 4 course chef choice. That was shot down because he could only do that for 2 people. Bread was ice cold from the fridge. Hamachi crudo, big whoop de do. Some cubed Yellowtail with citrus poured on it. endive salad was warm and very bitter, didn't eat it. Lobster with ragu pasta was a joke. It was not a thought out combination at all. The mushroom and pasta was like eating rubber. The goat and polenta was amazing and 5 out of 5 stars. However, not good enough to save the night. What a wasted night out.
Beautiful ambiance, amazing views. The food was okay, nothing compared to the view.
Excellent service-friendly staff. The food was delicious and portions the perfect size. Definitely will be back.
Amazing view!!! Good food and food service. Bartender was really, really bad; overwhelmed by only a few customers. If you want a drink before dinner, plan to arrive an hour before your reservation. Otherwise a very good restaurant. Sommelier was especially helpful, and spot-on with recommendation (found us a good value from a high-priced wine list and matched both entres perfectly). Would have given great rating, except for bartender.
Great food, atmosphere, and view. Very interesting menu with all preparations done to perfection. Foie gras pastrami was tasty and buttery beyond belief. Several pastas were cooked to perfection. Smoked goat was very tender and tasty. Justin, the sommelier, was very helpful.
The food is really good, interesting combinations , top quality ingredients, service is also good very friendly.
Beautiful view from the top on the strip with a good diverse menu to choose from, we shared the smoked goat and vegetables bbq medley that was special of the night! Great service, fairly priced for the experience! Good for date nights!
Everyone was so nice and made the experience wholesome and warm. The food and the view were amazing. Can’t wait to come back.
Knocked it out the park
Doesn’t get any better than Vetri for amazing and unique Italian dining. Best service and ambiance as well!
It was great to celebrate my co-worker’s birthday! They treated us fantastically!!
Best restaurant in Las Vegas. Exceptional food.
Beautiful view from the former Alize restaurant. Didn’t have Maker’s Mark which was my first choice for my Manhattan. Very eclectic small menu. The onion crepe as appetizer was very good but the oxtail lasagna pasta was seriously overcooked. Service was very good and the chocolates served at the end were heveanly.
The food is very delicious bit the service is the worst I’ve ever seen. All the stuff is annoying, come to ask everything is ok 1000 times in an hour, interrupting our conversation. Never come back again
Slow, aloof service. The server was clearly disturbed when we didn’t order drinks or desert with dinner. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they never acknowledged it despite noting on the reservation. Would never go back.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Vetri Cucina, Las Vegas. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely and the view of Las Vegas was dramatic. Most important, the service was warm and impeccable, and the food was superb. We had the four-course prix fixe menu, and each course was distinctive and complementary to the other courses. The cuisine is creative, and our experience, memorable. Vetri Cucina is among the best restaurants where we've had the pleasure to dine.
Great views, food, service, and bar! Lee is the best waiter you could ask for! Highly recommend!
Don’t be fooled by the high prices thinking you will get great food. The portions are small and the food is mediocre at best especially since the menus is limited and you need a lot of help from the waiter to try to understand the entree descriptions.
Did I mention expensive? We had to order extra entrees because it was apparent that there would not be enough food.
I am not a value diner. We were hoping for a special dinner because of the other reviews and I expected to pay for the ambiance, service and good food. However, this stuffy and owned restaurant seems to make their own rules for fine dining. There are so many other great restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas. We won’t return to this one.
Excellent food and service. The restaurant has a great ambiance and view.
1st off.... Food portions where enough to feed a squirrel. Had been at Vetri Cucina 2yrs ago and change at this restaurant is apparent, not a classic Italian Bistro. Tiny portions and the prices $$$$. The Dry Aged KurobutaPork Chops and Rigatoni
with Pork Ragu were very salty.
Speaking to my neighbor he was also disappointed in the small menu as to only ordered a Salad and his wife ordered Pasta/Lobster dish. If your trying to Upscale the environment, you have succeeded...but for myself and my wife...New York/New Jersey Italian experience is very intact.
Best meal in Vegas. Great and unique wine list. Great service.
Everything from the Decour to the staff to the food and wine were amazing. Perfect night
Checks all the boxes for a creatively authentic Italian fine dining, but not at all pretentious, experience. This is a must go destination whenever in Las Vegas.
We Were in Vegas. A guy at the bar from Philly highly recommended this place. This isn’t about the food, or the wine, it is totally about the experience/. Absolutely amazing. From the hostess to the Somm to the bus person. Everyone made it special. I will go back and spread the word.
Absolutely unbelievable!!! How do I give it 50 stars!! Food was amazingly fresh and delicious. The view was amazing and our waiter Lee was the icing on the cake!! Not an inexpensive meal, but because of the quality of the food and drinks I think it was great value!! Easioy one of the best meals I've ever eaten!!!
Vista espectacular y comida Italiana auténtica, muy recomendable. Si vas a cenar no llegar después de las 8:00 podrían limitarte algunos platillos.
Best Italian we've ever had and we've been all over Italy, NYC, and SF
Our dinner at Vetri Cucina was perfect! Seated by the window, with the spectacular view of the Strip, just added to our experience. The hostess, waiter, & other wait staff were exceptional: friendly, helpful, & who
ALL provided wonderful service, throughout our meal. The food was delicious and well worth the cost. The restaurant was tranquile, w/ soft music playing that provided a welcome change to the noise of many of the restaurants of Las Vegas.
