Vesta, the Goddess of the Hearth, is the most beautiful of Roman divinities, bright and pure like the flame that is her symbol. Latins made Vesta a goddess who personified the earth and fire. She presided over the preparation of meals: Vesta was offered the first food and drink. The hearth conjures up visions of domesticity and peace, for the hearth is the traditional center of family life. It symbolizes warmth, security, and companionship a place for dreaming where it becomes possible by peering into the embers, to find physical and mental renewal and a place to discover the secrets of the future. At Vesta, we have combined these themes to provide a unique dining experience. Vesta is simplicity, quality, comfort, life, art, scent, relaxation, taste, sound, and fun.

Vesta Ratings and Reviews
The reservation process was easy and convenient. The follow up before we arrived was excellent and we were greeted and seated immediately upon our arrival. The server was more than friendly and was extremely helpful with helping us make our selections. The food was excellent. Our total positive experience was one that all of our party was talking about for then next several days.
Dinner was exceptional. The food was amazing and the chef selected dipping sauces were all exceptional pairings. Unfortunately, our waitress did not seem interested in actually waiting on our table. After we had finished our main course, we waited 20 minutes before she came over to collect our plates...we then asked for the dessert menu and instead she brought our check. We would love to return for the food...so long as we don't have the same waitress!
Our group of 7 enjoyed our food tremendously - we had everything from venison to pork chop, steak, beef skewers, pecan pie salad, tomato salad, and a few desserts. Loved the peanut butter cup! The restaurant is quite boisterous which made it hard to hear sometimes - but good vibe. Ladies be careful in high heels - the gorgeous refinished wood floor can be a litle slippery.
Excellent food - all dishes were loved. The venison was especially popular, as was the special that night, the hanger steak. Unfortunately, tables get a bit cramped - there is a lot of presentation to the food & any more than 4 people in the regular booths is crowded. There were many tables of 6 (ours was 7 squished into a 6) & the restaurant calls its booths 6-tops, but they get cramped with the 6. If you cannot get a larger table for 6 or more, then consider another time & request the large round tables or that they put together 2 4-tops (will give you more elbow room than the booths).
Vesta Dipping Grill was an unexpected find. Their flavorful entrees and delicious desserts all come with a choice of sauces diverse enough to give tasty options to even the pickiest of people. The staff is friendly, the ambience is urban, and the night was a hit.
Great food and great fun, as always. Service was fair, bordering on poor, which was a disappointment considering that we'd gathered up 8 people to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday night - not a night when the kitchen or wait staff should have been overwhelmed.
The last time we were at Vesta we had a great meal. Saturday night was not good. Our lamb appetizer arrived lukewarm, dry and flavorless and my main course duck was no better.
The service was at best mediocre. Our table was small for 4 people and it was not kept properly cleared. When it was cleared, the person clearing would reach over us rather than walking around the table and doing it properly. Our cocktail glasses were sweating all over the table leaving huge puddles and when we requested cocktail napkins they never arrived. Our server was very unpolished, enthusiastic but without any grace.
We were out of there in a little over an hour because we could not wait to leave.
The staff was courteous albeit more interested in talking to each other, and did not go out of their way to be helpful. When I ordered and asked for recommendations for sauces, the response was why don't you just try what is on the menu with the implication being just order so we can fill the table with more than a table of 1. The glass of wine I ordered was never served. The meat was cooked to order but was not spectacular or standout and the vegetables were very underseasoned. Great concept, poor execution.
My husband and I were both born and raised here in Colorado we eat out often and always like to experience a new restaurant however, when it came time for my husband to pick where to eat for his 33rd birthday Vesta was his choice. Always remarkable service and food. We enjoyed our experience and of course will be back time and time again.
This was a great night out -incredible variety of food and even my 3 and 5 yr old had a good time. This is a fun restaurant with great food and kid friendly (kid menu with NO FRENCH FRIES!)....good wine and cocktails and we enjoyed with another family. Definitely will go back.
Great place for vegetarians and meat-lovers alike! Vesta Dipping Grill was delicious and enjoyable. The restaurant is a little dark and we did ask to move to a booth for more comfortable seating, but our request was granted right away with no hassle. The wait staff was friendly and prompt. It's pricey, but worth it. Additional sauces for dipping your food lend variety and flavor to already stellar dishes. The wine list is awesome!
After having a fair experience at best during my prior visit to this restaurant, I must say that I had an excellent experience this time around.
SERVICE: The bar tenders again were very friendly and quick to grab me a drink. Additionally, this time I received excellent service from the waiter.
FOOD: We ordered a tuna roll this time for an appetizer, which was excellent and a much better value than the cheese plate I had last time. The dark chocolate desert was superb.
AMBIENCE: Had a great table off to the side where it was easy for two to have a conversation.
After much anticipation, we finally dined at Vesta. It didn't quite live up to our expectations. The ahi appetizer was very good. There was some confusion on the steak skewer appetizer and we ended up with thre instead of one and were charged for it. The pork tenderloin was good and the dipping sauces were interesting. The beef tenderlion came out of the kitchen rare instead of medium. They didn't accomodate for that particular thick cut. It's always disappointing when you have to send your food back and wait while your husband beds to eat his dinner before it gets cold. This used to not be that big of a deal. But when you have two little kids and finally get a night out without them you aren't interested in delays.
