Vesta, the Goddess of the Hearth, is the most beautiful of Roman divinities, bright and pure like the flame that is her symbol. Latins made Vesta a goddess who personified the earth and fire. She presided over the preparation of meals: Vesta was offered the first food and drink. The hearth conjures up visions of domesticity and peace, for the hearth is the traditional center of family life. It symbolizes warmth, security, and companionship a place for dreaming where it becomes possible by peering into the embers, to find physical and mental renewal and a place to discover the secrets of the future. At Vesta, we have combined these themes to provide a unique dining experience. Vesta is simplicity, quality, comfort, life, art, scent, relaxation, taste, sound, and fun.

Vesta Ratings and Reviews
My wife and I were in Denver for a short trip. We choose Vesta based upon the downtown location and the favorable reviews. We had a great dining experience. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive (but did not make us feel rushed in any way)- and heightened the experience by thoroughly describing each dish as it was presented. My wife's scallops were excellent- and my lamb was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I had the toffee dessert- and it was a great way to end a nice meal. One of the hostesses' even helped my wife sort through the mint bowl for her favorite type of mint. We were both very pleased with the entire experience- and will go again when we visit Denver.
Husband and I went for anniversary dinner. The bread plate and charcuterie we're fantastic. We also had a bone marrow small plate. We were too full for big entrees, so we went straight to dessert. I recommend the dessert sampler - beignets, toffee pudding, and tiramisu were all fantastic. We also got the freeze dried strawberry dessert which was fun and tasty.
The food was very good--well prepared, quality ingredients, flavorful, thoughtful combinations.
Portions were quite small.
Ambiance was pleasant except for the NOISE! The music was cranked to an annoying level, more reminiscent of a dance club than a nice restaurant. We couldn't even hear our server and he could not hear us.
My wife and I were visiting Denver for our anniversary trip and Vesta had been recommended to us. So we gave it a try and were very glad we did. From the host who greeted us, to our waitress, to the food server, all were very friendly, they bent over backwards to satisfy us and all are very knowledgeable about all the plates. And speaking of the plates, everything that we ordered was just fantastic. Cooked and seasoned to perfection and promptly served while hot.
Give Vesta a try while in Denver. You won't be disappointed.
My adult son and I had a surprisingly good dinner at Vesta. The barrel aged cocktails were well thought out and served with an oversized ice cube. The food was creative, presented beautifully and tasted great. Service was also excellent. This is a place that doesn't miss any details. I will be back to try it again soon. Put it on your list. Well done!
Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that food allergies were accomodated. The GM was present, and pitched in - floating between different stations to make sure he knew what was happening in his restaurant.
Food was over the top delicious. Barrel aged cocktails were fantastic. Highly recommended!
I was headed to Denver to meet someone very special and wanted to find a really great spot for a really special dinner; Vesta did not disappoint. The atmosphere was fantastic, the wait staff was incredibly inviting, knowledgeable and passionate, and the food was incredible.
We ordered sangria (they have 3 types) and both were dramatically different and delicious. We ordered 2 appetizers (3, but one was the pork belly I ate by myself which was 2 bites of eye-rolling bliss) the ribs and the tuna; I would absolutely suggest this to anyone.
For dinner, my date ordered the pork chops which were succulent and well seasoned. The chops pairs perfectly with the fig sauce. One of the distinctive aspects of this restaurant are the dipping sauces, which is where the wait staff really makes a difference: our waiter (I wish I remembered his name) made sure that we had the right selection of sauces for each dish. This was not just something he said as rote memorization... he knew from experience which is what made him so incredible.
For my dish, I was looking at the tenderloin, which he said was the most popular dish. I could tell there was some trepidation, so I asked him for his suggestion. He suggested the venison, which I really am thankful for because it was delicious and distinctive. When the dishes came out, we had no shortage of incredible dipping sauces and all pairs very well and brought out different flavors out of the meats.
Normally I do not stay at the same restaurant for dessert, or often get desserts, but for a very reasonable cost you can get a sampling of every dessert on the menu. They were all worthwhile and this is absolutely the way I would suggest ordering. There was far more than the two of us could ever consume. The coffee we ordered with it was delicious and I found myself wishing there was more.
Overall, this was an incredible dining experience with an incredible person and one of the most memorable dining experiences I have enjoyed.
I hadn't been here in roughly five years and was greatly looking forward to it. While the restaurants atmosphere was just as remembered, the food was far less satisfying. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth and both my husband and I were sick to our stomachs for a full day after. Considering the prices, we will not be returning. However, our waitress was an absolute doll!
love love this place! Waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu which makes it a great experience. Food is delicious and never skip the meat and cheese plate. I'm happy to find a place where I know whatever money I'm spending, it's worth it. Have not been disappointed.
Also seasonal menu knocks is out of the park.
My experience at Vesta for my girlfriend's birthday dinner was outstanding and we were both impressed with the service and level of attention we received. The food was excellent and very creative. I will be back to Vesta and would highly recommend it to anyone celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great dining experience.
From the Cheese and Meat plate to the Rack of Lamb, every bite created a memorable experience in my mouth. The entire group loved the quality of service from start to finish. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Will def will be back from business and pleasure.
We used to love eating at Vesta and hadn't been back for several years. We decided to go back since we were downtown for a baseball game. Ambiance is cozy and nice as always. We were seated on time which was great and our server was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the food was no where near as tasty as we recalled from our prior visits (we used to go at least 3-4 times/year). The pork belly appetizer was overcooked and a little dry (although the sauce was tasty) and the tuna appetizer was fine but literally nothing special. The vesta sauce tasting appetizer had good warm pita but it's just pita + sauces so while tasty it's nothing special. We shared the Chicken Tikka Masala for dinner and were very underwhelmed...the fried rice noodle nest was overcooked and the meat wasn't particularly flavorful. We have always LOVED the sticky toffee pudding dessert but even that was off and just very unremarkable. All in all, the meal was disappointing because a restaurant that we remembered and frequented so much before as being delicious has sunken to the ranks of ho hum. With Denver's dining scene so vibrant these days we won't likely return to Vesta. It's sad because we had our first date there and think fondly of it but it's just to blah...
