Amazing food and amazing staff! Perfect for a upscale date night that’s not too fancy!

We really loved this place! Our group was celebrating our birthday and we ordered a variety of menu items. All were delicious. The locally-sourced charcuterie offerings were delicious, but the portions we quite small.

The “special” evidently doesn’t apply at a table... but open table reserves a table, not a seat at the bar.
Not a giant problem, but if they aren’t going to follow through, don’t advertise it.

It was restaurant week so we had to sit at the bar because they were so busy. Both Male bartenders were friendly and attentive as they could be with the amount of volume they were handling. Was particularly impressed with the charcuterie board and the man who dropped it off. He took the time to explain everything on the board with some fun facts. That made the experience really enjoyable.

Excellent food from the restaurant week menu. We loved the wine pairing as well. Service was a bit slow throughout the whole night, not sure if this was due to a busy night in general or because we were seated at the bar (with a reservation). Regardless, our food was delicious and we would absolutely go back.

Excellent Denver First Bite meals!! We appreciated there were delicious lactose free items such as the spanakopita appetizer & the passion fruit sorbetto. Lamb shawarma and snapper mains were also tasty. Will come again!

Vesta was great. We went for Denver Restaurant Week, which is a great deal. Our server was perfect, attentive exactly when we wanted it. The staff accommodated and was aware of a gluten allergy, double checking when there was a question. The food was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest Vesta as a delicious place to eat in Denver.

Went there during Restaurant Week. The menu choices were tempting and the food was fantastic. Add to that the great service and ambiance, and it made for a wonderful evening. Would definitely go back.

Phenomenal! Our favorite restaurant in Denver and Vesta never disappoints! Service is top notch and we’ve never had a bad bite at Vesta. Ever. So so good.

Food was very overpriced for what it was...especially the sea bass and the pork belly app. Sea Bass was very soupy and not flavorful whatsoever. I don’t believe their restaurant week menu truly did justice, as there were other items on regular menu that looked appetizing. Service was above average and ambiance was nice.

Denver Restaurant Week 2020! Such a fun time and you can’t beat the pricing! The vegan option was fire (personally I think it was better than the meat option but that’s the vegan talking lol). Awesome place and awesome friendly staff!

Birthday and Restaurant Week

The pork belly was amazing. Possibly the best pork belly appetizer to date.

Worried about where to go..? Pick this place & you'll be a HERO!! Amazing food combined with 5-star service!! We sat at the bar, but it was a reserved seating and the experience was worth the hoards of hungry masses starring us down because we made a reservation. No regrets, can't wait to go back to Denver & dine here again!!

Great food for restaurant week

Vesta never fails to impress! The food and service was outstanding and we were so very impressed with the authentic hospitality and welcome from the staff. Vesta has a smart and well designed kids menu beyond the ubiquitous Mac and Cheese. Don’t miss - any fish dish (they have amazing fish and preparation) and the Dragons Breath dessert if you have kids.

REALLY good food. The combinations were delicious and the chefs didn't overdo with heavy sauces. . . . instead the flavor of each ingredient came through at just the right level. My Mediterranean lamb was especially good, as was the charcuterie board to start.

I am very impressed by this restaurant. The service was amazing, our waiter was super kind and helpful the whole entire time. The food was delicious, all their meats are cooked perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a higher end restaurant in the Denver area!

We have been to Vesta before and loved it. This time we were sat at the bar and unfortunately the service was awful to non-existent, but fortunately the food and wine we chose was as amazing as always. We were pleasantly surprised by the vegan menu, especially the sunchokes and fungi dishes. Wish they had been a touch larger portions, but they were so delicious we didn't mind. We will be back for sure when they update for seasonality.

By far my favorite restaurant in DT Denver. Food is always evolving and menu changes. Service is amazing and they treat you like your a regular. Nick did an amazing job once again. Must try for everyone !

I loved the sauces! I probably could have eaten nothing but bread and sauce and been completely happy. Fantastic dinner, great venison and beautiful pork belly. The ambiance was lovely and we'll have to come back to try the other half of the menu we didn't get this time.

Came here for a double date on Valentine’s Day. The service was impeccable! The food was great! Would strongly recommend this place.

Most amazing meal! The full monty is to die for, perfectly cooked steak, desert and drinks were spectacular as well. The bartenders are superb! Can’t speak highly enough of Vesta!
