    Join us for an intimate, communal dinner celebrating the wines of Don Burns. We will explore his flagship brand Turtle Rock, as well as the ST7 wines he crafts exclusively for Verse. The wines will be paired alongside a 5 course dinner curated by Chef Oscar Torres. Don't miss this unique opportunity to taste some of Paso Robles' finest wines with the winemaker himself in the new VERSE Private Dining Room. *Please note the menu is a set menu however we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions* This experience will be a communal dining experience.

    Overall the ambience and the service were the greatest thing about this restaurant in my personal opinion. Set in an acoustic recording studio room. The music was very enjoyable. They have a good selection of international wine as well.

    Chef Oscar's food, the music, fine wine, and graceful service make this my summer go to destination. The Valley loves Verse and it's such an important addition to our dining landscape -- I also love the new private dining room, color-drenched in the most amazing dark blue-green. It's a stunning space all around. Thank you Manny Marroquin for bringing us this incredible institution!

    Wow! This was a top notch LA experience from food to atmosphere to service. Verse is designed for both the foodie & music enthusiast. Restaurant is artful designed to give their patrons a live music experience along with gourmet filled plates. Every seat is carefully designed to make sure the acoustics are perfect for live music. Each detail from table settings to the the bill is designed to be just a touch more than you expect.

    Verse is in a class of its own—more than a restaurant, it’s a fully immersive experience. The atmosphere is sleek yet warm, with an undeniable vibe that sets the tone for an unforgettable evening. I happened to be there during a live jazz performance, which added the perfect touch of sophistication without overwhelming the space. It was my second time dining here, and once again, from the starter to the main dish, everything was exceptional. The food is crafted with both flavor and presentation that are as unique as the space itself. Each dish feels intentional, like a work of art designed to surprise and satisfy. Don’t skip their creative cocktails, and whatever you do, get the Buns—they’re a must. Verse consistently delivers a refined yet soulful experience that keeps you coming back.
