   Wonderful food and service. The menu is very special. A lot of interesting choices and variety. You will not see food selections like this in almost any restaurant. But it still is food styles and ingrediants that would appeal to most people and there is definitely something for everyone. Our server Neil was excellent.

   I went here to celebrate my 59th birthday with my family. We all loved our food and the atmosphere!

   The overall dining experience was pleasant, except for the chilly dining area caused by people entering and exiting the adjacent lobby. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, especially considering we were celebrating a birthday. The staff went above and beyond by sending out a complimentary cheese cake served on a serving board with a heartfelt “Happy Birthday” message written in chocolate. This thoughtful gesture made the occasion truly special.

   Food was good. Dana was attentive but still felt we were being rushed. My husband and i were there to celebrate my birthday. We wanted a relaxing dinner. The restaurant was not busy but there was a large party in the back and the kids were running around through the restaurant screaming. It was very annoying.

   We love the Bar. Rona at 27 mile but heard good things about this one so came to check it out. Nothing on the menu is the same as the 27 mile location which is a bummer especially the drinks. It was very loud, hard to talk, waitress barely came around. My husband ordered steak medium- it was rare at best! Such a disappointment! My son ordered the salmon which he likes at the 27 mile location. He wouldn’t eat it here. Different flavor. It was an expensive meal that no one ate. We will stick with the Washington location.

   We are saddened to hear that you first experience with us at Verona Inspired Italian Shelby Twp left much to be desired! While the locations offer a completely different experience in both menus and ambiance, we do this intentionally and always hope to deliver exceptional food, beverage, and service. We are terribly sorry to hear that you did not love your time with us but we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. The feedback you provided will be most helpful for us to review where we went wrong and make constructive improvements. We hate to hear that we missed the mark, but grateful that you shared so we may be aware of our shortcomings! We hope you consider giving us another opportunity so we may demonstrate why so many have come to love us!

   Very loud. Was told it was a nice restaurant, it’s just a hotel lobby not nice at all. Ordered a filet medium rare, came out charred black and well done. Ordered a drink sugar rim came out salt rim. Will not be back

Our environment is shared with the hotel space and usually offers a perfect blend of a lively yet relaxing atmosphere.
