La primera vez que fuimos la verdad nos pareció exis pero mi maestro de cocina el chef Antonio Márquez me insistió que volviera a darle otra oportunidad, lo hicimos y ahorita es de mi top 5 restaurantes . Todo delicioso casual pero con toque rústico y a la vez con toques únicos

Excepcional el servicio de Martín, de Eliud. Desde que te sientas, hasta que te despiden, Vernáculo es una experiencia sensacional. La comida, un exponente muy alto de la cocina norestense, quizá el mejor exponente de esta (Les deben su estrella Michelin). ¿Algo que no puede faltar en tu visita? El fideo seco, el pollo rojo. Sí recomiendo que te dejes guiar por el personal, no van a fallarle.

La cena fue completamente una sorpresa, sabores fáciles de digerir, nada pretencioso, pero perfectamente logrado. Nos gustó mucho la personalidad del establecimiento, el terruño envolvía todo el ambiente meticulosamente, definitivamente nos transportó a una comida tranquila en la sierra o el valle. Volveremos con mucha más hambre de lo que fuimos esta primera vez. Gracias
