   We were seated immediately but it took over an hour just to get an appetizer. Water was brought after 20 of just waiting. Waiter had zero knowledge of the basic menu questions we had. They seemed very short staffed and stressed. Very disorganized. Management missing. The booking window stated we need to be done with the reservation within 1.5 hours, however, it took over an hour to get our food so how does that work exactly? We were so hungry and fed up, and our kids were starving because they didn’t offer anything kid friendly, so we quickly ate and left before even ordering dessert. And it was my birthday.

   Wonderful ambiance and great service from our waiter, Mitch. I would have liked to see one or two more vegetarian entrees. That being said, the vegetable platter with beets, radishes, carrots and cauliflower was delightful. I loved the European style credit card reader at my table. It was great that no one disappeared in the back with my card and I controlled the transaction right at my table. The whole experience was a class act.

   Had a great time and had arguably the best seat in the house on the patio... couldn’t ask for anything better

   IT WAS A COMPLETELY AWFUL EXPERIANCE. THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD I ENDED UP TIPPING THE WAITER ON $0.01 VERY SAD, WE GOT MARRIED THERE 23 YEARS AGO AND WE WERE CELIBRATING OU ANIVERSARY.

   Since it was my best friend's second COVID Birthday, I wanted her to feel extra special. We initially had a reservation for Verdugo Terrace but the Terrace was closed due to damage from high winds. So they put us down for the patio and informed us that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait, we accepted. We were at our table within 30 minutes. I brought in a bottle of wine (corkage fee $35), and our host Jesus was kind enough to put it to cool and informed our waiter. And then we met our waiter, Michael Avalos. Michael was the most attentive and understanding waiter I've ever had. He made our experience very special. During our delicious dinner, our host Jesus came by to check on us to make sure Michael was treating us well. We were shocked! That never happens! I can say many more amazing things about our experience, but you just have to experience it for yourself. We will definitely be going back there to celebrate many more birthdays!

   Fabulous, great table, excellent food. I would encourage the manager to teach table servers to discount the corkage fee when the guest offers them a taste of fine wine and they accept and that the wine is not on the wine list $35 corkage is expensive

   Made a reservation at the Verdugo Terrace for 6 but they seated us inside the restaurant which was nice. First time coming for dinner and everyone loved their food, I recommend the short rib and aquachilles. Limited vegan/vegetarian options but those are great as well. Our waiter seemed in a rush but he was polite. My favorite time to come is for lunch.

    My experience was terrible. Attention to detail was lacking. They messed up my order and brought out our entrees first and bread and starters at the end.
