   If you are dining outside, wear very warm clothes. It is windy at the beach & the 4 of us were freezing. There were 3 outdoor heaters & only 1 was working. We tried to eat inside but it was very noisy. Our wait staff had way too much to do! While he was very friendly, we did not see him often enough. The calm chowder was delicious. The fish & chips came with 1 piece of fish. The 4 of us had an array of drinks. All delicious!

   I met for dinner with 7 women who desperately wanted to hear one another speak We could not hear each other at the table at the Aptos Venus , we needed to speak loudly across the small table. It was a loud dinning room. Too loud. Seats were hard and uncomfy.

   Another good evening at Venus. We four loved our cocktails, crispy Brussels sprouts, fish and chips and Venus burgers. I especially enjoyed my Negroni. Desserts are always great there too.
