   Love this place. The service is always amazing, friendly staff, and the food..well..very tasty. Their salad bar is well stocked and they have those awesome hot pickeld peppers and onions. Wow. Amazing. We will definitely come back soon.

   Everytime I come here the experience is better and better. Customer service top notch, I had sparkling water and they made it their mission to make sure I had plenty of water. Different servers would walk by and see it low and would refill it. Food as always was good flavor, and plenty of choices. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone.

   My 1st trip to VB Steakhouse and I was not disappointed… The food was absolutely AMAZING!!! The salad bar area was great, the meats were greats, the service was great… All in all, amazing meal! Next time I’m in Arlington TX, I’ll be going back!!!

    Had a very disappointing experience here tonight. We came in to celebrate my birthday with a few family members, and we felt like we were completely unwanted by the waitstaff. The food was pretty good, though the meat overcooked at times, but our server cleared off the entire table while we were still eating, without a word of warning. All of the sides - none of which we had even really been able to each much of at that point - plates, utensils, and red/green card cleared away! One of the people in our party who managed to, sort of, regain her dining setup was still trying to enjoy their meal, but then none of the meat was being brought by or offered. She had to flag down all of the meat as it went by - or it was spirited away right passed our table. It was as if they decided we were "cut off" and stopped services. For $52/pp and a ticket of over $300 (they also automatically add a 20% gratuity) - this was a really unacceptable way to be treated.

    This was our 2nd time here and was wonderful food and service. The Chocolate Moose Cake was great, too. We will be back. We have been to a few Brazillian Steak places. This is, by far, my favorite. Thank you again, Tim P.S. Don't miss the driveway in. It's a long way around again

    Been here many times with pleasant experiences. On this occasion the food was nowhere near the quality as previous visits. The meats did not have that classic char or any real seasoning. Very bland. The server was fantastic. They did automatically add a 20% gratuity for a table of 5. I didn’t think most restaurants added that till 6 or 8 in a party but I will say it limited our servers tip. Since there was no menu presented that explained that this would be added we left the tip at 20%. Normally a heavy tipper.

    I booked for Valentine’s Day. It allowed me to book a reservation for 9:45. We do work late so it was perfect for our schedule. However, the restaurant closes at 10. Why have a reservation so late only to close 15 minutes later? Most of the food wasn’t available. We were rushed. I certainly didn’t get what I paid for. We weren’t even asked if we wanted anything than water to drink. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The service was horrible. This was our first time here and it will be my last as well.

    I consider VB Steakhouse one of the best kept secrets in Arlington. I have always believed it was a cut above other well known Brazilian steak houses. If you want a great meal, a special date night, a pleasant atmosphere, then this is your place.

    Second time visiting and just as wonderful as before. Great value across the board for delicious food and atmosphere. Everything was 10/10. Start with the meat and then go to the salad bar or you will be too full for all of the kinds of meat they bring around, and you WILL want to taste that!

    It was our first time at a Brazilian steak house and we didn’t know the routine. My fiancé asked the server about it. Small plates of bread, fried plantain and…mashed potatoes were put in front of us. The potatoes threw us off and she asked about it. The server had a bit of a tone in her voice. She takes our drink order. I got the Brazilian black ale. The one with the X. It was pretty good. My fiancé got this tropical cornucopia which was a over the top sweet and had to be majorly watered down. So we start at the salad bar which was amazing! I would have been happy with just that haha! We sit back down. The meats are coming. This is great. We’re having a good time. But we are quickly stuffed and ask for the check. The server takes way to long to get back to us , she drops the check off finally after dealing with other patrons out of order and doesn’t even get back to us after 30 minutes. She has a tone with us every opportunity she gets. Maybe it’s just her voice? I don’t know. I end up going to the first employee I see and we pay for our meal and get out of there after 30 minutes of trying to leave. I’m sure we would have been there for at least 10 more minutes had I not. Anyways we’d come back. But if I ever see that server again I’m asking for a new section.
