   Staff were amazing, food was fantastic. Executive chef came out and spoke to us when we asked about the brussel sprouts, which were addictively good. Overall, one of the best dining experiences we've had.

   We didn’t let them know until we got there that it was our anniversary. Sarah, the hostess, immediately decided to give us a private dining room. We were very delighted with the space, and the executive chef came out to greet us and explain some of the menu. Our server Carla, was also very attentive. The food and drinks exceeded our expectations.  everyone made this a very special night, and our dining experience was excellent. I would go back again and again.

   We waited 20 minutes with a reservation to learn they messed up and didn’t check us in when we checked in. Our table was given away so they offered us a ‘special” experience with a view of the kitchen. We do not recommend. It smells terrible and is loud. The food is usually wonderful big tonight was just okay. Our server was distracted and we would not see him for long periods of time. We have had such memorable experiences at The Vault but tonight was not one. It will be a long time until we are back.

   We have eaten at the vault several times . It is one of the best restaurants in Arkansas . The food , atmosphere and service were outstanding as always . It is also pricey , 2 adults , 4 drinks , one apps. , two , two main courses and one desert , $335 with tip .

   We were celebrating a birthday and were seated in a private room. The room was beautiful, but my husband said he wished that we were seated normally instead! I didn’t know about the special seating upon making the reservation. However, service was great and food was wonderful!

    Highly recommend The Vault for those who enjoy fine dining, a romantic dinner, or any celebration. Staff is wonderful, food amazing, ambiance great...! Chef comes and visits/asks how everything is tasting. Kudos!

    this was always our favorite date night spot! Since chefs have changed the food options are a little more basic.. food just doesn’t match the upscale level of this place anymore, sadly. Service and drinks are always amazing!

    Couldn't ask for much better. Great wait person. Food was over the top (except the 6oz filet was just a bit 'stringy'). Oysters, beet salad, and an Old Fashion.

    Took my husband to Vault for his birthday. When I made the reservation noted it was his birthday. Hostess greeted him with Happy Birthday. Had a wonderful table and over the top waiter Scott. He was meticulous and as our first time there told us about the specials and the in house specialty rolls. First time for us with back lit menus. Nice for older folks 🤭. Had a fantastic drink with elderberry and dry ice was a cool touch. Unfortunately did not take pictures of any of the food was too in the moment. But you will not regret any item you select. Everything from the soup of the day with locally foraged mushrooms to the complimentary birthday mousse with a sparkler was full of flavor and delicious!! I was once in the restaurant biz and I am a critic when it comes to taste, temp and plating. And don’t get me started on service which is non existent these days! Was wowed by the incredible unique dishes served and Scott and his way over the top service! Wish I lived in the area I would be a regular. Only issue we had was large parties of what seemed like bachelor and bachelorette groups. No fault of the restaurant for sure! Groups were just loud, but we were once young and crazy too so wasn’t terrible just hard to hear each other for a bit. But GO you will be very happy you did!!!

    If you are looking for that special dining experience while in Hot Springs, then the Vault is your choice. We celebrated our anniversary with dinner there. Their Lemon Drop martinis were very smooth and tasty. The food was very delicious. The waitress was the best!

    My wife and I along with another couple had reservations for dinner. We arrived a little early and was seated on time. Danielle was our server and she was excellent. It was a pleasure to have her. Our friends are great at picking out wine and they found their all time favorite wine here at a reasonable price. They almost missed it because it was listed as a cabernet and in actuality it is a blend. They have a hard time finding it so this was a treat for them. My wife enjoys fish from better restaurants and she went to order the salmon only to be told they were out. That was a bummer. She ended up ordering the filet and it was very good. I enjoyed the ribeye along with our friend and his wife ordered the duck. Everything was very good with the exception of: The wedge salads had a "sour cream and blue cheese dressing but the blue cheese was pretty much non existent. The dressing was essentially whipped sour cream. Edible, yes but not something to order again. The appetizers and desserts were excellent and we will return.

    They absolutely killed it !!! All I did was ask to make the night special becuase I just got done proposing, and let me tell you they went above and beyond making it special! It felt like a dream they took it upon themselves to give us the “vault” a VIP room in the back, celebration seltzer, chef came out to congratulate us, multiple employees, it was amazing !!!!!!!!! The food was to die for the “crack rolls” might as well be illegal in the lower 48 for how addicting they are! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful night and amazing staff! I can’t thank y’all enough for what you did it was truly the perfect rememberable night !!!!

    We had a great meal 4/13/2023. The pork belly and grits appetizer could be an entrée it was so good. Since they opened, every time we come to Hot Springs, which is usually 2-3 times a year, we eat at least one dinner at the Vault. The food, the service, the ambiance is impeccable and only get better each time. I can't forget to mention the light up menus! We enjoy the changing menu items so there is always something different to try and the Chef's cheesecake is always a must. The head chef came to our table twice tonight to deliver some of our food and thank us for being there. Also, I want to mention the attentive staff. Not only our server but the others that came by to check on us. We always recommend to our friends and family when they are making a trip to Hot Springs as well. We will be back soon!
