Wife’s birthday the service was very good and I loved the food, I had salmon. I have this thing about deserts, if they have bread pudding on the menu I will order it . That was the only disappointment I will not order it again.
Tuesday was a slow day and I’m guessing the server too. Food was great as usual and the baclava was just good for the two of us.
Our bartender Justin and waiter Brad really made our night! Excellent service.
We had a wonderful time for our Anniversary! Food is phenomenal, service was excellent and atmosphere was fantastic!! Never a let down and always a go to restaurant for a great evening!!
Beautiful venue. Great service. Quail pops were delish. Steak was perfectly prepared. Lobster was not impressive. Tail was dry, flavor so-so. Claws were very good though. (Lighted menu is cool :)
The quiet atmosphere was great after coming in off the busy street. The service was great as was the selection. The filet and Salmon were both outstanding! We will be back.
Everything was fantastic! Our server was fantastic as always! Smoked Gouda grits and the petite filet were the highlight of our meal...
The atmosphere is conducive ya upscale Experience. Food Drinks and Service were All 5 Star!!!
Only Issue was Parking.. Great Experience !
It was my girlfriend birthday and this was the perfect place. The service was outstanding, the food was excellent and the restaurant was the perfect location for a great birthday event.
Out of town guest. Yeast rolls raw, medium steak was raw and cold, items listed not available ( this is common here). Overall we have been here 7 times but probably will not go back. Just in decline
We were celebrating our 1st Wedding Anniversary on the 27th of August. So we decided to dine at The Vault. Everything was excellent. From the server to the manger they were friendly yet very professional. The food was excellent. We r from Memphis, TN and we will b back. Thx for the great food and service .
The food at the Vault is phenomenal!!! The atmosphere is like being on vacation in some really cool town!!! The lobster was very good and the Rockfish as well. The rolls are absolutely to die for!! This place never disappoints!!
Food was Amazing and customer service was exceptional.
Amazing restaurant in Hot Springs! It is dark and beautiful. We went for a birthday dinner and from the beginning everyone was courteous and the service was outstanding! We were promptly seated and served cocktails and amazing bread while we waited on 2 members of our party. The menus have their own lighting( it is dark) and the choices are amazing. We started with the pork belly and the quail lollipops both ways and a tempura scallop roll. They were beautifully plated, served with chopsticks, small plates and gluten free soy sauce. We all tried everything and oh my goodness- all were excellent!!!!!!!!! Such detail and flavors- superb. We then had the butter aged ribeye, the paella, charred chicken and a whole main lobster grilled- sides came with each order. The ribeye was so tender, perfectly seasoned and the smoked corn and crispy potatoes with it were perfect. The lobster had grilled asparagus and crispy potatoes and a large bowl of clarified butter. The charred chicken had vegetables and poppy seed rice. The paella was spicy and flavorful, with several, shrimp, clams, a lobster tail and all other meats. We ended with a cheesecake slice with chocolate ganache and raspberry sauce for the birthday boy! Our service bed put flaming 151 on the plate with the cheesecake! Cocktails were served bubbling and smoking with dry ice- beautiful presentation! Bradley was our server and he took the time to explain our options and make suggestions- you must ask for him. Overall- I highly suggest you go here- one of the best meals we've had in a long time. Expensive, but worth every cent. Next time I want more appetizers as there were several I wanted to try, but you can only eat so much. Thanks for the fabulous meal
Service and food were great in such a wonderful atmosphere. Girls night out place to be.
We've been to Vault numerous times and it keeps getting better. This occasion was my birthday and my first choice to celebrate. When making the reservation, I indicated it was a birthday and they greeted us with a signed card from the staff and owner. Our waitress was outstanding knowing just the right times to check on us without hovering. We sat in the bar area and love the experience of watching the kitchen. And, as always, the food was exceptional.
Loved it! The bread is AMAZING
We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The staff celebrated us as well and our waiter was phenomenal. He took great care in explaining menu items and making recommendations. The food did not disappoint - it was amazing. The only thing we didn’t LOVE was the noise level. The music was a little loud for our taste but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
It’s always a treat dining at the Vault! We love the feel of the place and being treated so well by the staff! Everyone loves Justin’s fabulous drinks! Carla made great recommendations for dinner and was very attentive to our table. The food is always excellent! I love that the menu is always a bit different.
cocktails need work. all else is satisfactory.
My only complaint at The Vault is the amount of time it takes to get your table and be served your food. Even with a reservation, we waited 40 minutes for our table for four. And we were at our table for almost 2 1/2 hours to complete our dinner. I know a place like this makes dinner an event...and I definitely wanted to soak up the moment...but I have no intention of being there over three hours. It’s like this every time. The food, bar, ambiance...all amazing. But, the time factor is frustrating.
The service was GREAT, the food was awesome-I had a small steak and my husband had scallops and the rolls are to die for. Great setting- very classy. The owner visited with us and informed us about the building. We were celebrating our anniversary and I look forward to eating there again.
Loved our visit. Will do it again, as soon as our piggy banks fill up again. The food was delicious. The onion soap was the best I have had since leaving San Francisco. A city with a lot of super places to eat, you can pick up the Vault and set it down in downtown SF, and it would be a hit!
We were/ate very early, for three ole dames, and it made no difference. They treated us like we were there in and among the peck hours dinners.
We live in Houston where the food os excellent, however, the food at volt, at least what we had, was excellent.
Vault was absolutely amazing! We sat on “chef’s row” and were able to see them cooking the food and interact with the executive chef! This place is perfect for a nice dinner out or a fun girl’s night out. You won’t regret going here. Wish they had one in Northwest Arkansas!
Had our anniversary dinner at The Vault. The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent. The food was out of this world!!! We were not disappointed with anything at The Vault. We highly recommend this place for an evening to remember!
Our server was super knowledgeable about the menu and enthusiastic. Everything was great. Love the atmosphere.
This was our second visit to Vault. I can safely say that I was served the best salmon filet I have ever eaten in my life! It was so tender with amazing flavor! Highly recommend! We visited on a Friday evening this time and the noise level from the bar was over the top! Only downside of our night. Will go again!
This was our third time to the Vault and it never fails to please. Aaron was our server this time and he was excellent. The perfect balance of attentive, charming, and informative. the food was excellent as usual. I had the New Zealand stag and it was a wonderfully balanced meal. my daughter had the lamb chops and they were perfectly cooked. The bacon brussel sprouts are amazing and should not be missed. The smoky corn side dish was very simple, but yet had layers of complex flavors. I highly recommend the Vault. We will go there for dinner every time we're in Hot Springs.
Always meets or exceeds our expectations! That’s why we keep coming back!!
Waiter Thomas was outstanding. Fritters were good but remoulade was too salty. Foie Gras was over toasted to a burnt char on the outside. Duck was raw not rare. Lemon Blueberry Brûlée was incredible. Ingredients good but maybe the kitchen is rushed and missing details
One of the steaks was a bit fatty.
The real issue was we were presented with someone else's dinner bill.
When we pointed out the error, they found our bill and said it was
corrected. The next day both charges were on the account.
We had oysters three ways and they were all very good, but my wife and I had a different favorite. She had the Cippino and loved it. I had the Prime Rib and it ranked as one of the best I have had. And to top it off the service was very good.
All around excellent experience. A must try not just for the unique ambiance, but overall incredible cuisine.
The food was exceptional but the best part of our dining experience was our waiter, Chad. He was so friendly, knowledgeable about the restaurant, wine list, menu and the area.
A must visit! great food and great service. Highly recommend
Wonderful experience! Our person( Carla , I think) was amazing.... she was so informative, upbeat and very accommodating ....she was extremely vigilant...great time! Will definitely come back...
My party loved the ambiance of the Vault, we were seated promptly and greeted by a friendly waiter. He was very attentive and gave excellent service. I ordered a seafood medley, lobster, shrimp, muscles served in a watery sauce that I didn't care for. The lobster was undercooked, the muscles tough and the shrimp just right. A piece of bread was floating in the sauce. I paid $90 for this meal with one glass of wine. I don't mind paying for good food, but this food just didn't meet that standard.
This was our 2nd time to The Vault and we loved it just as much!!! Our daughter (17 yrs old) came with us this time and loved it too!!
The food and the service were both outstanding. The only surprise was the price of the menu items. It was a very pleasurable overall experience and a relaxing evening, but not a place that we'll dine very often.
