   Celebrated my boyfriend’s 21st Birthday. Our waitress was very sweet and made it a great experience. Although it was busy, she made sure we weren’t forgotten. Love the Vault <3

   Food quality was excellent. But it took a long time. Our waitress did not check back with us or keep us updated. I had to go hunt somebody. Back room was noisy. Our experience was mixed.

   Ambience was great, the service was exceptional, and the environment was welcoming. The waiter was very attentive to our needs as the customers, he was willing to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction of service was provided. The Ambience alone is a must see. The food you must try! Highly recommend to my family and friends. So should you!

   The pasta was amazing but $40 for a 10oz prime steak with not the best horseradish was a little upsetting. Staff made up for the lackluster sauces and meat.

    Fantastic happy hour meal... the creole shrimp and ahi are cooked to perfection. The cocktail menu is as long as it is creative. I plan my trips to Albany around their schedule.

    This is one of my favorite restaurant in Albany, Oregon. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great. I look forward to my return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Albany, Oregon.

    Our drinks, wine, food and service was outstanding with one exception. Seared Ahi war great, my wife's Sea Bass was delicious. The Duck could have been rarer and the skin was not crispy at all. The skin was inedible. I love to eat crispy duck skin.

    As always, the food and service at The Vault was excellent. Our server, Lea, was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The Vault is a gem in Albany and we always enjoy the experience.

    Lia was not our server this particular night, but she remembered we liked the chocolate chip cookie for dessert. She works efficiently and thoughtfully with a smile. Adam was our server and did a good job as well

    Food was outstanding. Ordered the seared ahi plate and it was delicious! Small, but actually filling. We ordered two drinks each, probably would have been more if the server would have asked more often. I understand wanting to give tables their space, but need to check on drinks more often. Apple tart was SO good, but wish they’d bring back the flourless chocolate torte … that was absolutely DIVINE! … Like I need that recipe heavenly.

    Recommended by my husband’s boss, we are traveling through. Wonderful dining experience in a fairly small Oregon town. Loved the old historic area, loved the lounge/almost speakeasy vibe of the Vault Bistro. Thrilled to see it would be adults only quiet relaxing meal. Service was exceptional. Drinks and wine excellent. Food wonderfully prepared with a variety of choices. Our server Richard was perfect - great knowledge of options/wines, great recommendations and perfect timing of service to keep evening relaxed. I tried a local Pinot (delicious) and we both had sea bass(exquisite!). Also the apple tart with Tillamook ice cream and house made Carmel sauce (incredible!). Lovely dining experience. So glad we booked ahead with OT as it’s a small and popular venue.

    We went for a 70th birthday celebration dinner. Our waiter, Alex?Adam? (feel so bad not remembering) was excellent. Everything went smoothly because of him and we never felt rushed. We had drinks and 3 small plates (truffled pomme frites are amazing) then went on to dinner and a bottle of wine from their reasonbly sized wine list finishing with splitting one desert between the three of us. Food preparation and presentation were both perfect. This was our third meal here and it won't be our last.

    We went there for my 40th birthday. We had a server in training who did a great job. The drinks were good but the food was horrible. We had the seared ahi salad, truffle fries, and Cajun shrimp. Everything was extremely salty and left our mouths tingling. Even if the food was less salty it still would have been mediocre at best.

    We had the Halibut (best ever) and the Seafood Pasta (delicious sauce with the linguine) and shared an Apple Torte. The entire dining experience was superb. Thank you, Daniel!

    Overall the dining experience was pleasant and nice. We ordered Roasted Bone Marrow, Sea Bass, Summer Linguine, and Crème Brûlée for dinner. The service was pretty nice. Our server checked in with us quite frequently. For food, Bone Marrow was delicious. I didn't feel greasy at all since it has a vege dish aside to eat together. I do love the Sea Bass. Crusty outside with tender fish meat inside. I enjoyed adding the lemon for an additional fresher taste. My boyfriend ordered Summer Linguine with chicken meat selected. I think the dish was good but be prepared you might feel a bit greasy since it is made with cream sauce. I would recommend Vault 244 to my friends.
