Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Bread is baked daily and all desserts, pastries and ice cream are all made on the premises using quality ingredients.

    The atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and of high quality. Even my daughter, who is usually a picky eater, enjoyed everything! We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again.

    This is our second time to Vatutto and I found it difficult to choose a main, however thanks to our thoughtful waiter the choice was made for me and I was pleased with the outcome. It was a very filling but satisfied evening out to celebrate my birthday.

    Incredible place Food is world class and definitely not expensive, ambiance fantastic, waiters world class. This place is like your in heaven. Kudos to everyone at VA Tutto. Will be coming back a lot.

    The service is an example to other restaurants (positive). The food is delicious and for every recommendation. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant. I'm definitely coming back another time.

    Food and service excellent as usual. Only complaint was that chocolate mousse was delicious it was way too rich. Noise levels way too high making it very difficult to chat.

    We had a lovely meal, lots of interesting dishes to choose from on the menu. The desserts were amazing. Staff were attentive and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and we will come again.
