Perfectly cooked steak accompanied by perfectly prepared sides.

They were nice enough to comp my steak, which I appreciated. But if I'm paying $52 for a NY Strip at least ask me how I want it cooked. It didn't occur to me until they brought it out that they never asked. It was medium well and I prefer rare to med rare. I couldn't eat it. The lobster bisque was bland and the caesar dressing was very thin. We did really like our shrimp appetizers but that was the only thing. Our server was very slow to bring us waters, drinks, and take our order. Overall experience was poor, which was sad because this was a birthday dinner for my husband.

The desert was lack luster, but the steak was pretty good, the service was good, and the views were spectacular! We'll do it again.

The food was cold. We had a bottle of red wine that had come out of a fridge and when the bottle costs $58 you expect the best. Waitress was excellent and the wine was replaced

We had a wonderful, memorable experience at Vast to celebrate my birthday. Jake was an excellent server as was the support staff as well. The views and food are incredible. The dessert trio was absolutely divine.

World class service with engaging staff and great food. Great views of the surrounding area. Work out the parking in advance so that the walk to the restaurant is neither long or expensive.

Our family enjoyed the quiet, pleasant atmosphere at Vast. It was a little tricky actually getting into the facility but after that hurdle was overcome the experience was very pleasant and the food and service was a 5.

New Year's menu was overpriced and not much taste.

We had the best table in the restaurant. Two windows to view the city. Our server was warm and nice and patient with us because it was our first time eating there. The food was some of the best we are ever eaten. The ambience was amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

The lamb was AMAZING. I enjoyed going on a weekday because it was very quiet and we had more luck getting a window seat. If you go for a special event/date, they comp a dessert if you tell them ahead of time.

Best steak I’ve ever had! I like mine medium well, I never able to get tender steak, this was! The food was scrumptious!

We where very excited to have our anniversary dinner here but Our waitress wasn’t pleasant. Chick-fil-A’s customer is much better!

Been to Vast multiple times and this was one of my most disappointing experiences here. Had some family in town and was excited to show them a place we love to go and was truly disappointed. The food was good but not the best stuff we have had there. The service was not at all like what we usually experience. The waitress was not very attentive and rarely came to check on us/get us refills. The time between courses was extremely delayed and we sat there on average 45 minutes before the waitress ever came back. Hoping this was just a fluke and this is not the new norm.

VastOKC is our favorite place to go and celebrate. This visit was to celebrate “Monday”. Sometimes we go to celebrate doctor appointments. In other words, we use any and all excuses to dine at VAST. Vast is on the 49th floor of Devon Tower in downtown OKC. The view is amazing and the food exquisite! We love their Daily Table menu and appreciate hate their care to ensure a safe dining experience during the pandemic. Chef Kirk and managers Mike and Amanda will assure your visit is perfect. Tell Chef Elvis that the Bowman’s sent you.

As always the food was amazing. I got the lobster this time because I couldn't stop eating my husbands last time and he got the salmon. Best salmon I've ever had! This is my new favorite date spot. The seafood is definitely the best.

The buffet is not very good when there isn't a buffet. 4 of us ordered from a piece of paper. They brought us a very small serving of food. After 1.5 hours, we had finally received and finished our food. We ordered the exact same thing (second serving). Lunch break took over 2 hours.

Might come back after COVID to enjoy their buffet that we all came to enjoy. Service had went downhill too (on this visit). Nobody was rude, but the waiter certainly took his sweet time. Our food was cold when it got to our table.

The taste and quality of food is 5 stars. Gave it 2 because of portions and it was cold because of the waiter.
