    Great intro to Greek! We know enough to be dangerous with Greek food, and we want to get more familiar for health reasons. Vas Kouzina was the perfect local restaurant, and Emma was the perfect waitress to help us get up to speed. We started with red Sangria and pita with tzatziki spread and could have evening of that. But we moved on to a "true Greek" salad, followed by their cod dish, which were terrific. Although stuffed, we hated to leave without trying dessert - and since it was my birthday - we got a special treat. Suffice it to say, we've decided to make this place a regular - and that's saying something when you live in Roswell within walking distance of Canton Street. 5 stars in every aspect, and Emma was adorable. Keep up the good work, Vas Kouzina!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. I was concerned about the weather and eating on the patio—but it turned out perfectly. Paul was a terrific waiter. We all had a good time.

    I took friends to Vas for lunch & the food & drinks were great. Our server was nice & attentive, but we felt hurried to make drink & food selections. They weren’t busy & my friends had never dined at Vas so we’re reviewing the menu options plus we were catching up so we’re not in a hurry. Will request another server next time. Other then that, we had a great lunch

    The food was excellent, with options for the varied dietary preferences and restrictions in our group. We were there to celebrate a birthday and our server, Fermin, took great care of us from the moment we sat down until we left. This was our first time trying Vas Kouzina, but we will definitely be back soon.

    If you want a wonderful meal in a Greek Taverna, don't spend 11 hours in the Air travelling 5700 miles.... simply drive to Historic Roswell and dine at Vas Kouzina !!! Authentic tasty recipes, served in an authentic feel of a Greek Taverna with supurb Service. What more can you ask for in a Local Restaurant in lovely Hostoric Roswell and near enough to Sandy Springs and Dunwoody. We were told that there is a companion location in Alpharetta also.

    Vas is a great Mediterranean meal! We started with pikilia, wonderful eggplant, tzatziki, & hummus spreads with pita points. Shared a greek salad, mixed grill veggies, lemon potatoes & chicken/ shrimp kabobs. Great shareable meal for 3! They even gave me a bday sparkler baklava tastes! Great service, fun experience!

    wonderful greek food! tzatziki is really thick and yummy, spicy feta spread has definite kick! pita is served warm, authentic greek salad is fresh and tasty, whole lavraki was cooked to perfection and served with a perfectly lemony sauce on the side, lemon potatoes were good, baklava was not made in house but still pretty good. i will be back!

    Great service! We were lucky to have Reveka as our server. Everything she suggested was spot on. We had a Greek fish that was deboned table side and served with a lemon aioli that was just so good! Will definitely go back.

    Cute place with nautical ambience. The whole fish was fresh, light, flavorful and filling. Great touch to debone table side. Nice variety of sides and the whole menu is good. The wait staff seemed to enjoy working together and our waiter was informative and attentive.

    Amazing food! Excellent service! My only complaint is that this restaurant won’t bill individually for couples dining together. Oftentimes we overpay since we are “splitting the bill” and have not eaten an equal - or even nearly equal- dollar amount. This is distasteful for me as a diner and will discourage a return. This policy should be updated as the food is some of the best in town.

    This is a wonderful place and Caroline is excellent at serving: She is very aware of everything and comes to your aid before you ask. In addition to Caroline's excellent service, the food is exquisite! A highly recommended place! We will definitely be back!

    The food is really good especially the baklava cheesecake. Always enjoy going here. The only issue we had was our coffees took a long time to get, we finished our dessert before they arrived. The rest of the meal came very fast.

    The food was great from the fried calamari to the roasted veggies to the soup. What I wished was the waiter who was waiting on every body in the dining room would have told us someone will be with you - just once. She literally said nothing as she literally tended to every table surrounding us - we were in the middle. She didn't even make eye contact. Our waiter's primary responsibility was to the outdoor dining room, tending to a large birthday party. A little frustrating - but the food was good and we didn't have to wait long for the food once we ordered.

    Vas Kouzina is one of my favorite Greek restaurants in the Atlanta metro area. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the food is fantastic. We had a lot of different dishes: - The cheese saganaki app is a fun way to start the meal. They light it on fire table side, and it’s quite delicious. - The spanakopita is wonderful. The filling is incredibly flavorful. - The dolmades are the best I’ve had outside of Greece. - The true Greek salad is fantastic. Each ingredient is tasty, and together they’re greater than the sum of their parts. - The tzatziki, hummus, and tirokafteri are all incredibly flavorful. All three are very different and very tasty. - The pita bread is outrageously delicious. - The shrimp saganaki is very good. Only thing I wish it came with is rice or orzo to soak up the sauce. It’s wonderful without it, but I think that would really help tie it together. - The baklava cheesecake is a must if you’re ordering dessert. We were expecting a traditional cheesecake with elements of baklava worked into it, but it was nothing like that. It’s a full piece of traditional baklava with a layer of cheesecake towards the top. Not what we were expecting, but we were very pleasantly surprised. TLDR: Vas Kouzina is a great restaurant with delicious food and wonderful service. Highly recommend.

    This is quaint restaurant in the heart of downtown Roswell. The food is excellent, with a variety of geek and Mediterranean favorites, ranging from whole fish, lamb chops and musaka. Delightful service, and very good value. A consistent favorite.

    First time at Vas Kouzina, Roswell. Wonderful server (Reveka ?). Delicious True Greek Salad so freshly seasoned and dressed; Spanikopita, whole Livraki fish delicately cleaned at our table, and roasted vegetable side dish. We savored every bite.
