I had the best time ever. We went only yesterday for lunch for my birthday and the whole place was so aesthetic and pretty. The food was amazing and what really stood out was our waiter. I don’t know her name but she was the sweetest person ever. I wish I could have afforded to tip because she was the best waiter I’ve had. She took the best photo of the day and was so dedicated too. And she gave so many compliments and was also so pretty!!!!!!! I hope she still has that ear skin by the time she is 80 and gets blessed with every luxury in the world. If you’re reading this, you’re such a diva 🤩🤩🤩

Very pleased with the service. I arranged a table for my GM to have a team lunch, and all pre-orders were served promptly, allowing them to engage with the team without waiting for the food. They finished lunch and were on time for the subsequent meetings. Thank you for the excellent service and food!

We will not return to this location. The food was more like fast food than restaurant quality. You could only order and pay individually not as a work team with a single payment. The tables are uncomfortable and distant so don't lend themselves to group conversations. Altogether it was a very unsatisfying experience.

We had a leaving lunch booking for 10 and everybody ordered at the same time. Food came out at different times with one being 45 minutes after the first dish came out. All the orders were from the lunch menu and we had to follow up the staff 3 times for the missing dishes. The restaurant was not busy (probably only 1/4 full)

I booked a table of six, mentioning a comfortable table. We arrived in two groups. Our friends arrived 10 minutes early. We arrived on time. I mentioned my name and saw my name on the reservation list. And then we saw our friends at a table in the middle. I asked the person whether that is the table we reserved, as it was in an awkward position next to the serving station and stairs. The person said that our friends preferred that table. After we left the restaurant, my friend told me that the service person couldn't find my name among the reserved tables. They showed a table next to toilets, or the one we seated. Almost all tables next to the windows were empty. Not a pleasing experience. I don't get good vibes here. We came here a few times, and each time I am disappointed with the atmosphere. Vapiano was a fixture for us abroad. We liked the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff there. But not here.
