The floor manager was absolutely delightful and made my brother (whose birthday is was) feel really special. She was also supervising a wait staff member in training. Lovely food, just wish you could order a small side salad, with a price smaller than $12 for the smallest one were could order to accompany our pasta and pizza.

Great service. Our waiter cannot Renner his name was brilliant, attentive and went out of his way to make my wife’s birthday special.

Should you have to pay for an inedible meal? Apparently you should at Vapiano. We had three food items off the menu. Two were very good, but my pasta meal was inedible. It's the first time I have ever sent a meal back in my life. The pasta was undercooked, and the sauce was very, very salty. It took so long to get the waiter's attention that my husband had finished his meal. When we got his attention he offered to have the meal remade, but we were off to the movies and didn't have the time. They offered me a free dessert to take away which I accepted because I wasn't offered a refund on the meal. I am not someone to make a fuss so I didn't take it any further. But I won't be going back because I didn't like the attitude of the staff. I don't feel that I should have had to pay for an inedible meal.

Troppo pilot gris wine selected was terrible and we sent it back. They replaced it with another selection without any issues. Meat lovers pizza was soggy in the middle. Garlic bread was delicious. Service was good on a Wednesday night.

Very noisy, couldn’t hear people speaking at my own table because tables next to and behind us were very close. It was very squishy to walk around, the noise level did not allow for an enjoyable experience. I also selected in my booking that this dinner was for my birthday, this made me think there was going to be something (special service, dessert, etc?) included or provided for us, yet there was nothing out of the ordinary. Why allow customers to select the special occasion then? The pasta was also very chewy, and not that flavourful compared to other locations. I really enjoy the food at the city or gold coast locations, but Carindale wasn’t the same quality unfortunately. My family and I will not be returning to this location.

The food overall is good but one of the dish taste too salty but immediately to change the new one by FOH staff! Service is good and always smiley face in restaurant and can see customers all enjoy dinning here! 😊

Had a lovely evening, staff were fabulous and food was enjoyed. Only downside was that they only took card payments which then incurred a surcharge. Had members of our party disgruntled that they couldn’t use cash.
