Our handmade fresh pasta and pizza is made in an open kitchen, so you can watch the chef make your meal exactly as you like it. Extra Chilli? Sure. No Garlic? No problem.
Perfect for all dietary preferences, intolerances and fussy eaters.

Our restaurant are like nowhere else. Spacious, full of natural light with plenty of seats – sharing tables and lounge seating.
You can sit where you like and stay as long as you want.
The laid back vibes and great music make Vapiano one of *the* places to go and eat.
All orders are taken by scanning a QR code at your table, and we bring all food and drink to you – no more queuing for the chef.

We don’t take bookings, simply turn up when the mood takes you.

Disappointed that the restaurant tries to screw their customers. Ordered the Antipasti to start. It is supposed to come with Prosciutto and Salami. It came with baked ham. Who uses baked ham on an Italian Antipasto? Brought it to waiters attention and he brought a plate of Prosciutto only. Ordered Burrata with the Antipasti. Menu states Burrata is $5 additional. We get the check. They don’t give u a paper check. They bring the digital check machine. The waiter hands u the machine and gives u 2 seconds to review everything while he holds the machine standing over u. I noticed the burrata was $9 on the bill. Portions are very small as well

Very disorganized. I placed a reservation for 11:45 am and when we showed up the restaurant was closed until 12:00 pm. The server was not aware of the items in the menu. In google it states that gluten free pasta and pizza base are available and that was not true. After the multiple inconveniences all we wanted was a scoop of ice cream and was told that that wouldn’t be possible. I made the manager aware of the issues and he did not even offer an apology or assistance with the horrible service that our server was giving us. Not recommendable.

Such a nice restaurant, clean and the ambience is amazing. Food was super good and our waiter was super nice . Overall an amazing experience and would definitely come back sometime in the future !

Food was simple but good. Interesting that you choose a spice level for Italian food. Hostess was very pleasant. Waiter a little gruff and not as attentive as he should have been with the place very slow. I'll give them another try. Homemade pasta was good

Some of the best Pasta I have had in a while. Italian restaurants can be very hit or miss. This was a hit. Will definitely return next time I am in Brickell.
