                                                                                                                        Our first visit to valpy street , and hidden gem. The restaurant is cosy and very wecoming, the food was delicious and so was the wine. We will definitely be back . Especially on special occasions.

The braised beef checks are heavenly. The service was perfect, friendly and right there when you needed them. Fantastic spot for a very good wine!

                                                                                                                        Worth the wait. After finding Valpy on Trip Advisor we tried to book several times without success. When we eventually got in on a Friday evening in January we were surprised to find we were the only diners! Admittedly we were very early, but it was still virtually empty by 7.45pm when we left. Anyway that didn't spoil our enjoyment of some creative and delicious food. It's always great to find some original dishes in a town that's very much dominated by the national eatery chains. Service was friendly and timely. If probably cost more than we'd normally spend on an everyday dining experience, but that was partly because we were tempted to order more than we otherwise would have. We'll definitely be back.
