Was hopeful of better menu options being on Mother’s Day. I didn’t love the choices. Calamari was over cooked not much flavor.....I enjoy there dinner menu and look forward to visiting again.

Unfortunately our Vallini experience this time is not up to the standard we have been used to. We have been pretty much regular monthly patrons since before the pandemic we have always had great love for their food. But somehow something went terribly wrong they changed their menu I believe to a lighter fare for the spring but they took the best item off the menu which was their pork chops. That's what I always went for I've had their ribeye in the past which was okay. But today since I could not have pork chops since it's no longer on the menu I decided on the chicken parm thinking how can you mess up chicken parmesan. Welll apparently they know how, sadly the chicken had no flavor it was a cutlet of all things not even a chicken breast it was breaded with again no seasoning or flavor and it was burnt. I'm not a fan of seafood and yes you wonder why would I go to an Italian restaurant for these foods my main reason for going was their pork chop and risotto. I can't speak to the rest of their meals my husband loves the olive plate appetizer and their meatball appetizer is also good. Also as we've been showing up practically every month the wait staff is always different, I get it, it's hard to keep good help but this time the help was absolutely non existent, I think the young lady was overwhelmed had more tables than she could handle and the service was just incredibly slow. I think for now we will say goodbye to Vallini I'll keep an eye out and hope the menu changes for the better but sadly it is not the Vallini I came to love over the past years
Food was bland, won’t go back
We absolutely love this Italian restaurant, the food is so good. We sat outside on the side and it was super nice. This was our first time sitting in this space. We recommend the cheese and meat plate. We always get two main dishes, one fish and one pasta. It is great for sharing. And BYOB is an added bonus.
Had a lovely evening at Vallini. Enjoyed items from the new menu, and we didn't feel rushed by the staff. One thing, every time we are there, the music always skips. No matter what station, the music skips. Other than that, perfect night!
Lamb Chops were amazing
Food was just ok, nothing zesty and flavorful. This started with the appetizers - Mussels (White), Calimari, and Artichokes and into the main course dishes of the Egg Tagliatelle with Lamb Boulangnase and the Chicken Parm. More sauce needed on the Pasta and the Chicken seemed a bit overcooked and dry. The service was a little sluggish and not overly polished. The cannoli was excellent! I would rate this as average, may or may not come back.
The new menu is spectacular, all three of us loved our meals which included the spinach ravioli, lamb chops and salmon. Service was outstanding. Felt safe in a clean environment. Looking forward to going back very soon.

Had the mussels in white wine sauce and the arugula salad to be split between my wife and I. Mussels were of nice size with the nice flavored broth. Entrees were really good sea bass and spinach ravs in butter sauce with lobster. Definitely will go back. Also divided between tables with nice wood partitions - cozy and nice ambience.

We have been to Vallini before but this meal was disappointing. The menu seemed limited. Not really a lot of pastas to choose from. We had the fig and prosciutto flatbread (with no figs?) and it was just average. I had the clam special which was just OK. My husband had the pesto Pasta which was sort of dry but he said was good otherwise. Nothing special at all.
My husband and I ate dinner at Vallini and ordered the spicy red mussels as an appetizer. They were tasty, but were not spicy at all. For our entrees, I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had the beef rigatoni that was on special. Both dishes were excellent, but the flavors in the rigatoni special were fantastic.

Dinner for two. We had the burata appetizer and cognac shrimp. My wife had a spinach ravioli with lobster and I had prime rib. No dessert. Service was great. Food was great and it was difficult to narrow down my order due to many tantalizing options. Vallini continues to be my favorite restaurant in Skippack.
The food was terrific. The table spacing was comfortable under Covid restrictions. We had an 8:15pm reservation and they didn't rush us out at the end of the night.
The food was disappointing and overpriced. My steak was ordered well done and was medium, the brussel sprouts and potatoes were charred. The restaurant was noisy, chaotic. Second time here and not returning again.

I really hate to say it come up but this place had a very bad night the other evening. Unsalted food, doughy bread, rancid olive oil and the worst - a hair in my food. They took my meal off of the bill and offered me a dessert. Unfortunately, if it was just the hair and nothing else I would be OK because things happen. Unfortunately, the whole meal was bad. Safe to say I won't be visiting anytime soon.

Made a reservation easily on Open Table. Seated quickly. Service was prompt and attentive. Foods were very good. Very good espresso and cappuccino for dessert. They are working hard to offer good food safely. You should go.
