   My husband and I enjoyed our evening. The food was great and the service was superb. We are definitely coming back again. Thank you for the wonderful experience

   We received a warm welcome by Alana and she created a hospitable ambiance throughout our dining experience. The cuisine was superb and we look forward to a return visit.

   My mom and I have made The Valley our go to for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, etc and we absolutely love it!! Eden was our server and she was amazing. I work in an Italian Pizza, pasta restaurant and I have to say we don’t hold a candle to you!!

   We were recommended to dine there from the wine maker at stratus wines. Our experience was great! Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. When in St Catherine’s make it a must stop

   Celebrated our 1 yr anniversary. They had a cute sign indicating it was our anniversary and a complimentary dessert. Good customer service. Really likes their red sauce but Alfredo needed a little bit of salt. Lemon cello at end of meal was an added touch.

   Unfortunately, the patrons near us were loud and rather inappropriately loud conversation about topics not meant for such a fine restaurant- like the worst meals they had eaten, disgusting things they had seen put into sausage, and all of their Illnesses and bodily functions. Was our anniversary dinner… server was excellent bruschetta and gnocchi Gorgonzola was incredible were incredible, lobster ravioli was good, veal chop was tough and thin, so it was overcooked. Would of course some back because we love the restaurant, will stick To our face next time

   We love the Valley and it never disappoints. The service was outstanding. Eden was amazing. The ravioli pistachio was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. My husband's lobster pasta special was to die for. The atmosphere was beautiful! A true gem in our neighborhood!!

    Had to wait half hour past our scheduled reservation time Food serving size have decreased in quantity by significant amount compared to previous visits
