Tiffany was exceptional..especially managing a full restaurant,party atmosphere…and she always had a smile on her face!!!!

Amazing experience at Valley Goat. We made reservations for 2 to celebrate our anniversary and we were not at all disappointed. Victor the wait person was super attentive and gave us info about every dish that came to our table. They served complimentary champagne and dessert was on the house too ! What a sweet touch to celebrate ! The chicken skewers were delicious with the tadka and wiped down with the yogurt sauce. My husband loved the hand roll dip but I am not a sushi fan so I didn’t much care for it. The sticky toffee pudding was excellent too but I wish I had tried the special of the day with Guava and white chocolate ! Downside if any was the volume level of the music. Would definitely help if they have kept it a tad lower. But will need to go again and again to try all the dishes !

Great over all vibe-was a little loud...With that being said the cocktails were fabulous. The Goat Gibson delicious-as was the Koshu Jacuzzi and Hot Spring Spritz...if you are a adventuous diner this is the place for you. Our server Ricky was fantastic....Our table shared the Disco Fries (YUM), and Goat Empanadas (and YUM). The Sticky Pork Shank also hit all the salt, acid, sweet notes-party for your mouth. Couldn't decide between the Wood-fired sprouted cauliflower and the Sauteed green beans-we got both and so glad we did. Can't wait to share with more friends!!

The food was excellent! They just opened so service and timing still have some kinks to be worked out. We didn't get water until 15 minutes after the meal was served and our appetizer (spicy sushi hand roll) came out after our main courses of pork shank and whole dorado. The disco fries were to die for and are a must if you like spicy food. The cocktails were surprisingly just mediocre and expensive at $20 each, and the Desert Sunset was unfortunately not the slightest bit spicy though it was made with red chili infused tequila. We also tried to order a dessert cocktail and the two (out of just three!) we wanted were not available. It was our anniversary so they were so kind to comp our plantain dessert that was like a sticky toffee banana bread. The hotel and restaurant were beautiful, but we were sat in a remote area next to the kitchen so when we go again we will ask to be sat in the main dining room. The Beer Garden at the hotel was adorable with lots of space and games for kids and kids at heart and the hotel gift shop was delightful with a flower covered "Luv Bug" for pictures and a puzzle to help solve while waiting to check in or for your uber home. We will be back, but will give them some time to work through their opening kinks.
