Food was good. First greeting was to tell us when we had to leave. Nice servers but poorly organized. Commented on how great the steak was and the sever’s response was ‘right…..’. Received another table’s drinks and server asked us if it was our food when first dish was served. Poolside service earlier in the day was a better experience.

Extremely disappointed with how things went for my wife’s birthday. I have been coming here to celebrate multiple family occasions for the last four years. I have no idea if it’s OpenTables fault, but I’ve always made requests under “special requests” for them to have a look, and they’ve always followed through, but this time. We were greeted only after ten minutes of standing by the host desk. We were on time but they seemed understaffed. Host said they’d go down to check what’s “available for us” in terms of tables available. Didn’t come back for a while, no problem. Came back and walked us down to a table of 2 by the side entrance to the smaller patio, beside another couple, while multiple tables were empty “but reserved”, no problem. Server took fifteen minutes to greet us, nobody watered us or even said hello, capacity of restaurant (average 60%). Sever comes takes our order, ordered the broccoli and wagyu bao to start with. Takes long, both come cold, was sitting out for a while obviously, takes ten minutes for server to come back to the table, we report it, now a problem. Ate the bao’s because we were starving. The whole experience until now was so poor that we decided to leave after the second round of drinks which took a while too. We ask for the cheque, tip well, and were offered a cold “warm chocolate cake” as dessert because we mentioned to the server about us celebrating her birthday. PS- We have been offered champagne on arrival at the table every time we have celebrated an event before. So this was new and surprising. We want to say we appreciate the dessert very much, there was just a lack of attention and maybe was a bad day. Extremely disappointed, overall experience a 4/10. Not enough for regulars to come back. Table 13, server Ann Nesia is good, but overwhelmed, too many tables, too many orders, not her fault. Drinks took fifteen minutes for each round of beers, food took longer.

Went for my best friend's birthday celebration and the place was a perfect choice. The food, drinks and service were all on point. Loved the chilli chicken salad and the fried rice however the spicy tuna maki was just mid. Definitely recommend.

Amazing view from the 27th floor, attentive service and very tasty food. We tried four dishes with beef and pork as well as dessert and cocktails, all full of flavours and nicely presented. I will definitely go back for the food, just wish different or lower volume music.

The bugs came out of no where are there was about a million nats flying all into our food and our table. I know it’s out of their control but they didn’t even offer to move us inside (which had seating open) or to the other side of the rooftop (which had more than 10 tables open). The food was cold, and they forgot our appetizer and then brought it out 30 mins after our mains. The server did not know what some of the menu items were and when I asked her to explain the sushi I got which was a bunch of different fish in one roll she explained it as an assortment of different rolls. I’m honestly really disappointed because there wasn’t really one good aspect of this restaurant. The music kept getting turned way up and then way down. And when another table being sat asked about the bugs and if there’s another table they could have that wasn’t under the swarm of 100,000 nats the server said “they don’t bite or sting it’s okay”.
