   What a wonderful evening. Not only was our server spectacular, the food and drinks were amazing. Highly recommend and will be back for the Best Margaritas in TO.

   Reception did not recall a change of 15 minutes in the original reservation. This change was done the day before. They wanted the group of four out in 1.45 hours. When we refused the manager/owner? ran and picked us in the street while we were going to Brassaii. The service was slow and not personal at all. Drinks and food were ok, nothing great. Tips - in the menu they have an option starting with 18% gratuity. I personally don't have a problem leaving that and more if the service is good, but not for that kind of service.

   Went to Valdez for ceviche and got great food, original cocktails and great service. There were 6 types of ceviche on the menu and Valdez offers an option of trying them all as a flight course. All of them were super fresh, original and well presented. Tequila based drinks were expertly balanced and matched food exceptionally well. Sitting close to the kitchen and watching Steve Gonzales prepare food was amazing too. We would love to come back soon.

   The Chaufa was definitely the best dish I had, a nice flavored rice topped with duck confit is the must have dish to try and along side with a delicious and refreshing Mojito. The Albacore tuna was a good starter and very fresh, some others that would be worth mentioning would be the mixto (ceviche seafood with squid ink), the croquetas (patato, egg, olives), chori papa (chorizo with patatoes and peppers) and the chuzos al plancha (beef skewers with chimichurri). Great location right on King St vibrant area between Bathurst and Spadina where you'll find some great restaurants like Buca, Lee, Weslodge and many more.

   My boyfriend and I went to Valdez for a Friday night dinner after many recommendations from friends. The atmosphere was awesome, good food and good night life post 11:30. For a romantic dinner it was a bit too loud as we didn't sit down until 10:00pm. If you went earlier you would probably be fine. Good selection of specialty drinks. Would love to go back to the patio upstairs in the summer. Overall would definitely recommend it for a group of friends.

   Grabbed a bite a Valdez on King west before the hockey game. Great food, really good waitress and the guests loved the experience.

   After walking past this place many times before, my boyfriend and I made a reservation. We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated at the back. The food was ALL amazing and we love the Happy Hour drink/appetizer list! The music was upbeat and our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the food on the menu and super attentive. We loved it so much that we went back almost a week later, bringing my cousin before going to see the broadway musical Chicago! As coincidence would have it, we ended up sitting at the same table as the first time! The food was unbelievable (again) and we noticed that there were a couple of newer items added. The waiter' recommendations were outstanding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Valdez for great food and drinks!

    Wait staff was great and friendly. The hostesses were out to lunch. To young to give an f. The flour manager leaned in the half wall which was attached to our table and Leaned there. And did nothing. Meanwhile our table beside him had finished played for picking up. Hello. The food was very good. Only downside were the ribs and beef skewers. Ribs were deep fried too long there was no meat left and the beef skewers were chewy/tough. For the price and staff....I would not recommend.
