   Party of 10 celebrated my mom 55th birthday the ambience is very family oriented and the food was GREAT and the drinks even BETTER!!! Recommended the setting is very romantic and cozy

   I would suggest NEVER coming to this restaurant. The service was horrible. I had a party of 20 spent almost $800 and I was not happy at all. I will never come to this restaurant again. If you don't believe me check other reviews for yourself wish I would have.

   The waitress was not helpful, nor attentive. I purchased a "birthday package" and was promised balloons, complementary champagne and birthday cake, which I never received. When the bill was paid they literally took our table away as if my guests and I were being thrown out. Truly a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

   We had to remind them of our drinks several times. The food came out 1 hour and 30 minutes later. They took forever and people for the lounge started coming in so they were rushing us to finish. They charged gratuity and tip for someone who didn't deserve it. One of the bottle service girls helped out. I was embarrassed. This was a dinner for my birthday and they ruined it. Never again. The bill came out to $320 and I didn't even get to enjoy it.

   My husband and I had dinner at Vacca lounge a month ago and really liked it. We thought it was the perfect place to invite our family to celebrate my birthday. This second time around I was not impressed and found staff incredibly rude. I found the hostess incredibly rude and was really surprised of the rule for large dinner parties. For large dinner parties they only accept no more then 3 credit cards per table and I was surprised that they don't do friendly reminders when sitting down the party. After we spend close to $800.00 for dinner we ended up leaving and going to another neighboring lounge to enjoy the rest of the evening. We were sadly not happy with the service and will never visit again.

   First of all when we arrived there was no host in sight. Restaurant was empty and waiters where not attentive. Drinks were really bad, appetizers were good but main entree was really bad, flavor at all. We ordered dessert menu and the waiter took 30 min to come back to check on us for dessert we decided to just get the bill and go somewhere else for for better drinks and dessert.

   We went to have dinner the place was empty they had a private party on another room. Later 2 more people came, I would recommend this place to go clubbing after 12am they take all the tables out and change the setting to a club.

   To my suprime the food was good. The service took way to much time and the place was very loud. If you want to hand out with a bunch of friends then go for it!

    The place is beautiful, we made reservations to dine with plans to stay after for the lounge part. First they took a long time to bring us the drinks we order, then we were informed that the kitchen was closing at 11:30 so we rushed the order and got an appetizer which came in at the same time as the food. No one even offered water, the most basic service of restaurant. Rushed to eat because they were converting the place and moving the tables, we decided to take the food to go, no one ever brought our food back. The place looks nice food was not bad even after taking hours to be brought to us, (just wish I was able to actually eat it), the music was great during restaurant hours and after hours, but I will never go there again. The service is horrible like I never experienced before. The worst part, 18% gratuity is included, so you can't even make a point about the service. Spend 250 dollars on dinner I couldn't eat, and couldn't take home.
