   Delightful dinner. We shared a salad, pasta, entree and pizza. All very good! But the wine by the glass was $17 for the cheapest! Love the ambiance and will be back.

    First time I've been here and would definitely go again. We had a delicious kale salad and orecchiette with broccoli rabe and fennel sausage. I had a nice white wine and my friend had the Uva spritzer which she really liked. Nice people and good food.

    Uva enoteca’s tomato sauce is to die for. Best sauce in the city! Tight, well-priced wine list and a very prompt server. Great cheese plate choices.

    Loved the octopus and chopped salad. The roasted cauliflower salad was pretty boring. Great portions all around, for all three dishes. Limited wine selections but excellent wine nonetheless. Excellent service and the space is chill and very well designed. Will definitely come back to try more dishes.

    Excellent food at very reasonable prices (especially for San Francisco). Ambience in the front half wasn't exactly date-level but friendly staff and a clean efficient restaurant. We were almost most impressed by the appetizers, the kale mixed salad (and particularly the toasted almonds) was amazing as were the beets. All of our main dishes were quite good as well, Pasta Pomodoro, Eggplant, Lasagna. Would come back!

    The food was good but we ordered the baked eggplant and it was barely Luke warm. Not ideal since of course it came stopped with cheese that was not melted enough so it was just hard and gummy. Somewhat confusing as it came in a terra cotta pot that was clearly meant for the oven?

    Very poor, disengaged waitstaff. Mushroom pizza was cold and terrible. Salads were reasonably good. Dessert was obviously not made in house and they were out of coffee, which is just weird.

    We really enjoy this neighborhood restaurant and urge our neighbors to support it, especially during the week, as we suspect that Covid has really hurt this very good restaurant. The food is consistently very good. We brought friends who had never eaten at Uva Enoteca and they loved it. We shared a number of appetizers - the cauliflower and chick peas are always terrific - and they thought the two pasta dishes were excellent. My eggplant was very tasty. Prices are reasonable for the quality. And the wine list was good and reasonaly priced.

    Delicious hard to choose from menu love the atmosphere however was served by very impatient and rude waiter, was tall long haired man with glasses. Even though I was being very polite and quick my order and was there for maybe 45 minutes tops, this man has the audacity to ask “is that all?” After every order as if I’m not being quick enough. Could very obviously tell that he was trying to rush everyone out of there even though it wasn’t a late reservation. Ordered 4 items total and he said; “that’s going to be a lot of food” of course it is and it’s also what I’m paying for so maybe don’t be so rude about it? Seriously appalled by this man’s ignorance. Someone should remind him he works at an “upscale” restaurant and not let his emotions or personal issues get ahold of him, or appoint someone with basic human communication skills (which this man clearly lacks) I promise u will get better reviews and bigger tips!

    We went for Valentines Day! The food was incredible. It was pretty loud and service was a little slow, however given that it was a holiday, this was totally expected. I would dine here again and highly recommend.

    The service is just as good as ever, same with the food. We were perfectly comfortable outside at night with temps in the low 50's - they've got a covered parklet with heaters. They went above and beyond to get us in and out in time for our Nutcracker showing. I'm so glad this place has weathered COVID! We'll be back!
