The "Ury" was one such relic that served the bygone. It is fairly a simple rig that is used to preserve cuisines for longer periods. These "ury"'s were usually kept at certain height from the ground with the help of coir ropes attached to the roofs. The "Ury"'s were usually used to store clay pots and other earthen ware and was very common among the keralite household. This simple yet indispensable "Ury" made sure that the food was kept hygienic without loosing any of its flavour but had a side-effect of bringing back old yet touching memories..

Had a great meal here. Service and food was excellent, and COVID measures in place without feeling overwhelming. A lovely evening in strange times!

Fabulous service. Very friendly and informative staff. Beautiful food. I had the fish curry which was incredible. Highly recommend !!!

Was a return visit for us and was just as good as we remembered. Service was friendly and efficient, the staff took time to assist with menu selection. Food was lovely, good portion size and as described on menu. Overall a great experience, the food here is authentically Indian, spiced without being overly hot. Highly recommended.

South Indian cuisine which was far more interesting than the more generic north Indian / Bangladeshi cuisine. Good service and reasonable price.

We had a lovely meal at this restaurant, 900pm on a Saturday night. Food is great and it wasn't too busy. The room feels nice and staff were friendly and efficient. £65 for a la carte starters,mains and rice seems like pretty good value for this level of cooking. We hope to go back soon.

This was a special dinner and the staff made it so much more special. The food, the ambience and the staff are just too perfect. The closest i could ever come to having authentic Indian food and enjoy it was Ury. Thanks to the team for a wonderful experience.
