We use ingredients from our country, we gather them from different farming communities around all the regions of Ecuador. We cook ecuadorian food, using the flavors and elements that have been with us along our history, been part of our lives and we show them in a contemporary way that reect the essence and origin of our products.
We did research about our ancestral cultures and the diets used in the past, we adapted these products to modern cooking techniques. We are cooks with an ecuadorian identity that seek to connect our guests with our land, its products and its people. We live, cook and work with love, passion and social responsability. IMPORTANT! Jan 18th - 20th starting 7pm we´ll only serve TASTING MENU for our 3th anniversary. Consisting on the best dishes from our three years since we open. Amazing tasting menu of food and drink, showcasing the native and seasonal bounty of the area. A one of a kind experience that we really enjoyed.

Un magnifique restaurant qui permet de découvrir toutes les saveurs de l’équateur. Le service est excellent et chaque plat une merveille.

A truly exceptional experience. Not only was the food wonderful but I learned a lot about Ecuadorian history farming and the Incas. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly

The restaurant is really nice and the service is great, but I caught a really bad bacterial intestinal infection from the food and missed two days of my trip. The owner was very proactive, but the damage has already been done, and unfortunately not all of my expenses were covered.

Fantastic service and care from wait staff and chefs. Highly recommend the tasting menu, very thoughtful and great concepts and flavors. They even gave me a tour of their herb garden and all the details really made for a wonderful solo dining experience, thank you!
