Good food, good drinks and good outdoor seating! Service was a little slow but the staff was very friendly.
I love this Urge. Great location, big and spacious. Tables are spread out to allow for social distancing and there are heat lamps everywhere. The food and drink are great..portions are huge. Will definitely be back.
Good stuff... service just ok
The staff at Urge Gastropub and Common House made my birthday evening a good one with great food and a complimentary dessert of bread pudding. Great service, great music, and great conversations with my roommate and her friend
The food was just ok. Pho tacos were dripping grease and the salad seemed to have been mixed for a while. Maybe it was wilted salad and I missed that in the description. Music was loud.
No one to greet and slow service but food and environment was fantastic.
A bit pricy for the quality of the food.
Beer selection was good.
We had our 4 grandsons under the age of 7 with us and they had a blast and the kids menu is very kid friendly! We had an outside reservation and it was lovely!
Great beer, food, and environment! Servers were very good at keeping masks on.
Great spot, server was awesome and really sweet to my daughter. That’s a big winner for me. I’ll be back for sure.
Great food, great service. Outside areas are pretty decent. Inside has always been great and can't wait to get back to normal.
Great service and environment but only ok food
Food was excellent. Many great beers to choose from. Pretzel appetizer was fantastic. Atmosphere was energetic. Family looking forward to our next visit.
great food, fun atmosphere, charming outdoor area. Great servers, Caden and Andrew were great
Lots of good and distanced outside seating options with umbrellas for daytime shade. Good kitchen offering quality food with in-house and visiting ales. We tried a steak salad and an Elvis-style burger. Creative cocktail menu too. Plenty of room for kids to run around, so consider that if it's a date night.
Family friendly and great for groups! We enjoyed the outdoor tables and space and loved that they opened up the back to let the kids run around. Drinks were great. I tried something new, the shredded pork tacos and it was just okay. I would stick with their burgers, fries, and pizzas. Great service and food came out quick!
Great outdoor seating. Great food
Irwin was our waiter. He was very friendly and helpful. The manager came by to see how our meal was and provided us with a $10 off coupon for next visit. My California burger with sweet potato fries inside was amazing. My friend had the ahi and ate it all. Ordered bread pudding as well. Will definitely return!
Had a good time, the Chef's Valentine's Day Special Menu was Great!
Great food, great beer, noisy environment with the bowling alley.
Amazing food and atmosphere.
We had a great time. Appetizers are fantastic. Parking not the best. But great place.
Great place to catch up with friends. A little noisy but expected from a family friendly restaurant. Speedy seating and food brought out quickly. Our check took a while to come but I attribute to the busy night. Overall great experience and will come back again.
During our experience on New Year’s Eve, not all of our food was brought out. One of our meals was complemented since they forgot it. They also brought carrot cake but without any forks or plates. And our table was never cleared. We got up six different times to move our dirty dishes onto a table next to us. Service took a very long time and the restaurant was not even crowded
I would only come back again during happy hour
We had an awesome experience and my Mom loved it and it was flat East tinged through with her walker but young and fun too
Food is always awesome !!!
We spent a lot of time waiting for our server to come by to take our food orders. We had to flag her down a few times. When the main dishes came out for our party one dish was missing. We waited about 10 minutes and finally had to go find our server to see where it was.
The food is good, but service is lacking.
nice location, but food is not good like we thought. maybe good for drinker only.
Why can’t we make reservations for 9 online?
We have always loved the food here but the service has been inconsistent. On Monday 11/4 I made a reservation for 5PM, we showed up a few minutes late and found no one at the host stand. After waiting a few minutes I went into the lounge asking a bartender if anyone could help us get seated, she said she would find someone to help us and I returned to the host stand. A couple of minutes later another person came to seat us giving us menus and taking us to a table. My wife handed me her menu pointing out how it had multiple food stains on it. My sons had stains as well. I brought them back to the host stand asking for menus that didn't 'have anyone's leftovers on them' and returned to the table with clean menus. The service was efficient and as always we love the food. I just find that on more than one occasion, with or without a reservation, the host's table selection is odd and we are given less then the best available table. I have on multiple visits asked to be relocated as we were sat next to the host stand when we are in before 5:30 or next to the walk way. One time when I asked for one of two specific tables off to the side the host said 'they were reserved' and they sat empty for our entire 1 1/2 hour visit. We will come back for the food and I will ask for a manager next time there is something amiss.
Food was really, really good. Great service. Loved the salsa bar
The food here is great, and the prices are decent. Service was a bit slow at the start, but once he got to us, he was spot on.
I’ve been here about ten times since they opened. The first time was the best...the food was great. The last nine times the food has been terrible. We won’t be going back. The service was excellent and the beer was good. Bad food.
Sons 17th birthday dinner.
Love Urge and the food! However, even though we indicated on the reservation details that we had a birthday, the waitress never asked about it, never offered anything, and didn't even say happy birthday when we took out our own cake! In fact, she didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. Poor representation for a great restaurant.
It’s no wonder the Oceanside location went out of business. No one seems to care about anything there. The cocktails took over 10 minutes each time we ordered them, I saw the server go behind the bar herself to poor them.
The food was poor. The Brussels were so heavy and syrupy, the calamari was equal to a frozen dinner with some gross sauce, and the Mac n cheese did not feel fresh. For the pricing it did not add up. The server was nice but charged us $28 in items we did not order. She corrected it but only because we brought it to her attention.
I haven’t been so disappointed in a meal in a long time. At this rare, this location won’t survive either. So disappointing because the building and locations are nice. But the food was gross.
Everything just took way too long to arrive. The server brought the wrong drink for my daughter prior to us ordering food, and the correct drink didn't come until after the food arrived. We asked for an extra plate and never got that at all. It wasn't busy enough for the service to be that slow.
Great service, excellent atmosphere even with young kids in tow, food was quick to the table and excellent!
Food was excellent and the waiter very helpful when selecting micro brewskies.
