Intolerably and painfully loud inside, I will only eat here if I can eat outside. We had an outside table this time, so we were very happy. I wish they would do something about the noise so we could eat here other times two because I love the food and the service is fabulous.

Service was horrible. First the restaurant was hot, apparently the air conditioning was unable to keep up with the heat, so I asked to move to skirt table further from the door. There were empty tables further away, but they said no, and moved me to an adjacent table. We were then seated at the new table for 20-30 minutes, finally asked one of the staff to get our waiter/waitress, 10 minutes later asked someone else and finally was able to order drinks. When we ordered our meals we specifically asked for the grilled oysters as an appetizer, they came out 2 minutes before the meal. There were still layers on the plate and the waiter had to be told to put the plate back down we were not done with them, which normally is understood as there was half of then12 still on the plate. When my fajitas came out, they had not given me any cheese, as my friend had with his fajitas, I waited a few minutes for the waiter to come by and ask how things were, but that did not happen so I asked another waiter. Several minutes later that waiter was standing at the waiter stand t king an animated story to another waiter, so I asked him if he could bring the cheese before I actually was done eating. If the service was terrible, it would have been better than what we experienced. Will never go back.

We have been to the Urbano in Old Town and have been happy with the food. Same here at Mosaic but the restaurant was too loud to comfortably talk and the women's room was in desperate need of attention. Overflowing trash can and sinks dirty.

Unfortunately the AC is broken, but the owner’s unfortunately cannot find a solution with any HVAC repair companies. Hopefully it will just cool down after August!

We arrived and checked in under my name. The hostess asked for the name again before seating us. Our dinner was interrupted THREE more times ( total of five times) by the hostess, again asking for the name on our reservation. Unable to relax without being interrupted. Food was average as was service.

Food was good as usual and the staff was friendly. When we first sat down there wasn’t any silverware, napkins, or plates. We had to ask for them. It took awhile for the server to come over. One thing, if you order a $28 top shelf margarita, it better come in a glass, not a plastic cup. The kitchen did get the order wrong for one of our entrees, we ordered a chicken burrito, but got beef. Rather than sending it back, we just went with it. We will be back as it is one of the better Mexican restaurants in the area. Maybe it was just an off night.

We sat at a bar table. The entire staff was amazing and very attentive. We thought the air conditioning was broken, it was very hot, so one of the bar staff brought us a fan. Above and beyond the food was great, and the happy hour was great.

Urbano Mosaic was recommended by a family member and we were excited to dine there. It was our wedding anniversary and wanted to eat someplace new for us. We walked in to find the air conditioner broken and it was a steamy night. We sat near a fan and it wasn't too bad. Then, I ordered a salad with no onions and no dressing, but it came with the onions. I picked around them, which is not my favorite way to eat. On a whole the food was tasty and the server was attentive. We'll probably go back and chalk it up to a one-time experience.

I love Urbano! But this is the second time I’ve recently been where the air conditioning wasn’t fully working. There aren’t enough fans to make the experience cool & you aren’t told the air isn’t working prior to sitting down. Hopefully this is a short term problem, but I do think guests should be told ahead of time since the restaurant knew (both times).

We really enjoyed it, including the food and service, but restaurant is too hot with no air conditioning. With the way you all keep the one big window open, especially on super hot and humid days, it gets so uncomfortable after a while. If you are not going to have air conditioning, you should at least have ceiling fans or just fans blowing the air around to circulate it better. It was nicer to be sitting outside, but if there is a torrential downpour like there was when we were there, it forces everyone inside, adding to the extra body heat inside. You really need a way to circulate the air inside the restaurant better. For food, loved the margaritas, especially the prickly pear, as well as the guacamole, queso, Birria tacos, quesadillas, and much more. We enjoy eating and drinking at Urbanos, but we will think twice about coming to this location during hot times of the year, unless the air situation has improved.

I went here for drinks with my friend and we had a great time. Our waitress was funny and outgoing and the food was pretty good. I do think the margaritas could be slightly more flavorful but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

The restaurant is great! Service was en pointe and both the cocktails and food were delicious. As the space is open, it is loud, so if you're looking for quiet and relaxing - not the place. The only downfalls were * it was 92° outside and they had the big garage doors open *sitting inside adjacent to the Northwest side windows, the sun was beating in. Shades on the windows for that time of day would be great!
