what a great find. tacos were awesome - great selection with tremendous flavors. Great margaritas. If you are going, note this is inside The Packing House.
Fabulous food and service! We got stuck in the back room but other than that....excellent! We will be back!
The pork belly taco and the carnitas quesadilla was everything.
Great Food, no sides tacos specialities excellent in fast and quality. Food is hot , service was fast and friendly. Prices a la carte and pricey street taco size cost $5 per taco, mole enchiladas $8 per enchilada excellent taste worth a trying. Charge for salsa $1 sample size.
Great food and very friendly staff. Definitely coming back.
Great Mexican restaurant - bar in Anaheim packing house.
Had the crispy fish tacos and cauliflower tacos both were superb.
Had 3 of their traditional margaritas they were so good. Great balance of ingredients with
A generous pour.
Loved the vibe ,noisy , energetic with tentative service. My advice make reservation or you will have to wait for table.
Service was deplorable!! We loved our food but never had anyone come back to fill our water glasses and I waited so long for a margarita that I eventually cancelled it as everyone I was with had finished their meal and it was time to get the bill. Disappointing!
We thouroughly enjoyed our first dining experience at Urbana ! We were prompted to experience The Anaheim Packing House after reading an article about Javier in OC magazine.
My paternal grandfather was from Michoacán ... So, we will “ Volver Volver Volver ! “ @ymjduckfan
Our first server had to leave after we placed an order but didn't tell us. The server that took his place made us feel rushed and didn't offer to refill our drinks or check on us. We were still in the middle of our meal when the server gave us our check. The food was ok but pricey. The space was very small and limited since it's in the Anaheim Packing House so it was not easy having a private conversation as everyone could hear you.
Birthday dinner for my sister. They were very accommodating with our large party. Amazing food and drinks as always! We can’t get enough! Favorite restaurant!
The service was great and good was amazing.
Great Food, Drinks and after a little cajouling.. service by the Bartenders via the Waiter.
Would definitely go there again!
A lot of people will like this venue- especially if you’re young. The food is good but this place is expensive for what you get and other options for Mexican food. It’s quite small and even on a Wednesday it’s packed with a long wait. The noise level is very high and don’t expect to have a decent conversation. Drinks are good but pricey and parking is challenging. This is in basically a large food court with many good vendors. May be good if you’re having a casual lunch or dinner with many people it’s different taste. Not really date material unless your in your 20’s. I had the spicy margarita which was great except that with all the ice you get a very small drink for $12.00. Tacos are quite good
We had a wonderful dinner at Urbana. We ordered several different dishes so we could share. Nathan recommended the mole enchiladas and they were delicious! I also love the Tiki drink that is served in the sugar skull cup. My favorite! Phil did a great job with all our drinks and Nathan checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Great service, delicious food, amazing drinks!
We asked for a table and we were told it was an hour wait. I pulled up my open table app, booked a reservation for 15 min later, and easily secured a table. A silly, ineffective process which shows the hostess wasn’t well trained or they have some kinks to work out.
The pictures and the reality do not match.
The location is in the basement of a building which looks like an overcrowded cheap marketplace.
On top of it one of the rudest hosts I have ever met.
Avoid this place like the plague.
All of the cocktails were amazing. Pistolero was the favorite
Great food! Really nice ambiance. It is a small restaurant but worth visiting.
Incredible tacos in a small but chic space inside the Anaheim packing space.
Great place with amazing food and vibe. Highly recommend it to all my family and friends
Food and table service saw great! Our waitress was knowledgeable and able to help someone in our party with food allergies. Tortillas were beyond delicious!!!!
My lower rating for service was because I was ignored at the front for at least 5 minutes. I’m hoping this was just a hiccup for that one night, and I’m more than willing to go back and try again.
Again, food and waitress were great!!
We randomly chose URBANA based on it’s proximity to the Honda Center and the intriguing menu. It was DELICIOUS! We had the al pastor quesadilla, snapper and shrimp ceviche, the carnitas sliders and of course the URBANA margarita...all on the happy hour menu. Then, carnitas taco, fish taco and enchiladas suizas. Topped it off with a Paloma, bread pudding and churros. SO good. We’re trying to find an excuse to go back since we live 31 miles away. 😬 Want to explore the other choices at the Anaheim Packing District.✅
Muy recomendable, comida deliciosa y excelente servicio
I really enjoyed the food and crafty drinks. My favorite part was the most mutual break up with someone I’ve ever had. We ended up going to the hammer after. ‘Twas a good time.
Food was fabulous. Live band playing was fun, but be warned it’s loud. Service was fast and friendly. Visited while on vacation, but will definitely return when back in town.
The service was slightly less than the attentiveness needed, but quite friendly. We were there for the Cinco de Mayo Chef's 3-course. The delivery was overly rushed, especially dessert and that's on the kitchen putting it up. Sauce on steak (a ribeye that was on the thinner side and untrimmed) was very tasty but watery. Appy (a yuumy corn with something creamy and bone marrow bits to swirl) and steak were served on wood flat rounds, which was different. The dessert (a panna cotta with balsamic reduction berry) was spooned onto a wide flat and a fork. I've no idea why it wasn't presented in a smaller, shallow bowl accompanied by a small spoon, was a big miss for getting at all that lovely creamy + tangy deliciousness. Seating a little cramped in this spot, as its a tight capacity restaurant. Quality and flavor are usual solid here, so we return periodically to see whats good. 7 of 10 stars
We went for their Cinco de Mayo celebration. The food was great and the cocktails were awesome. The Paloma was excellent refreshing drink. All staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return for another visit.
Great food but kitchen is little inflexible with substitutions; need more meat options for the nachos. Margaritas were excellent.
First time here. Really good food and great customer service.
Great place for a last minute bite to eat. I returned to this place because of the excellent food. Not too clear what transpired tonight. Not sure if there was a change in Chef or I was off with my taste buds. I'm certain I will return to make sure that I was just having an off night myself.
The food was delicious, and the service was great. There are just a few things that would've made the experience better, the chairs are very uncomfortable, they're metal worh no cushions and if you are seated at a high top table like we were, there's really nowhere to rest your feet. There were also no hooks for your purse or really nowhere to put your purse unless you put it on the floor or held it in your lap. The filet mignon tacos were some of the best tacos I've ever had but at $15 a taco, it definitely should've had more meat in it, there was maybe 1oz of filet in my taco.
We had no idea by the website or what we read before booking that it was in the Public Market. Good food a little pricey. Location needs to be better marked. Parking was difficult.
Food, drinks and atmosphere was great. Perfect timing because it was happy hour with half of drinks not all but a good amount. Chairs are a little snug unless you sit in a booth where the benches provide more comfort. Fun environment and the food was great. Fish tacos and beef/chorizo burger were awesome. The margaritas were good with the right amount of alcohol.
Food was good but the service was ok. The host and our original server were good (our original server had to leave) but the server who took over our table kept rushing us to leave before 10:30 since were the last table although we asked at the beginning what time they close and they said they close at 11:00 (even on their website said they close at 11:00 that night). It was a gathering of me and my friend visited from SFO. We picked this place because it was the latest one to close on the weekdays. We needed a little more time to catchup. We could have other options if we knew it closes about the same time as others.
This restaurant is located in the Sunkiss building. I was surprised to walk into a large building with a variety of restaurants, live music, and a lot of people enjoying themselves. The service and foos at Urbana was great. We had the fish tacos and loved every bite!
Baja fish taco and the steak tacos were amazing! Definitely worth the price!
Such a great location. This restaurant is tucked away in the original orange packing factory. This place is so cool with a great vibe and tasty tacos.
This was my second time at Urbana. I had the salmon with roasted cauliflower. It as amazing. The original michelada was perfect. And let me add I come from family of chef's. My husband had shrimp enchiladas and a quesadilla he loved it as well. Simply the best.
Food, drinks and service were outstanding! We got a table in the back corner which helped with the noise from the packing house.
