   No real atmosphere in the indoor bar area. Some of the staff were pretty rude / had a poor attitude. Didn’t have ingredients to make 1 of the cocktails ordered by a friend, so she ordered something else. She had to ask for a refund of the price difference, because it wasn’t offered in the 1st instance. They refused to make anything other than what’s listed on the menu, even a basic classic cocktail like a Toblerone. So I ordered a Bailey’s and asked for a splash of milk with it, which I was pretty rudely told they don’t have milk, they don’t stick any type of milk. 2 of my friends were served terrible lychee cocktails that were undrinkable. Watched staff standing around doing nothing and just chatting. The rooftop bar area which we quickly checked out before leaving, was much more lively, but a bit on the small side and overcrowded. We left after just 1 drink. Definitely won’t be back.

   We dined in the downstairs area and ordered some nibbles with our drinks. We were disappointed The food came from another local shop in card board boxes No plates, cutlery or even salt and pepper supplied The calamari & chicken tenders had no flavour whatsoever. A gorgeous looking little spot They really need to amp up the food taste and quality as to spend $80 for low quality nibbles it’s not worth the visit At this stage we would not return and we always believe in supporting local.

   Made a booking for roof top bar. While we understand that roof tops on a hot day aren’t the coldest, there was no cooling at all. Upon arrival the thermostat upstairs said 43 degrees at 4.30pm. We had 1 drink and left at 5.15pm and it said 47 degrees. Sweating up a storm. The poor girls having to work up there in those conditions is utterly disgusting as well. A very disappointing experience for a rare night out for dinner.

   Hard to be objective in all aspects of this place because we weren't impressed enough to stay as planned. The rooftop views are sadly ordinary. Understandably, the owners have no control of the appearance of the surrounding shop roofs but they make for a messy outlook; a bit like The Melbourne Eye...a nice idea in the wrong location. We found the cocktail menu limited and costly so walked up the hill to eat and drink at Sandros. They were substantially cheaper on cocktail prices and about as nice a setting to dine in. Best of luck to Urban Reserve though. We've just been spoilt with far nicer rooftop bars over the years.

   We had great time with our work colleagues. Celebrating my birthday and Christmas party Cosmetics and fragrance. Service was great and cocktail was amazing . You have many choices. It’s Sunday there is not much of Choices food . Overall the ambiance was great.💖🥰😘

   Just went for an office xmas catch up. Did not order food, just drinks. Sat upstairs & it was just lovely. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Can order drinks through the app or at the bar. The bar wasn’t too busy for a Sunday which was perfect. Was very chill.

   Came here 12 months after meeting my partner, had an enjoyable evening. But it was ruined by your security guards knocking back entry to a couple, saying "we're at capacity". Which was untrue as we were just leaving a table of two which they could have easily taken. The security guards were rude, arrogant and disgusting towards patrons. Doubt we will ever attend again!

    Love the roof top bar but the vibe is off. The roof top bar is exactly that, a bar. With tables, stools and people congregating in their groups to talk. The music is too loud, dance club like and not in tune with a sophisticated bar atmosphere. Sadly we left early so we could talk to each other. Try a mood that’s softer or more acoustic.
