We took the kids here for a family night out. They loved it and we all had a good time. We came right at opening and were one of only a few people there. Granted this was at the start of the Coronavirus panic. Overall, I think it was a tiny bit overpriced for the portions but it was pretty good food.
Definitely wouldn’t visit just for the food, but it’s a great add for date night. One-stop shop
My wife and I intended to go for a light meal before heading downstairs for a round of Urban Putt golf and shared the Fall Fruit Salad and the Chicken and Waffle skewers. We were concerned the chicken might be dry but they arrived moist and delicious! Wish we came with a larger appetite! We would have ordered the Chicken Wings, next! Samantha was helpful and friendly and I appreciated her warm smile! Thank you, Urban Putt!
As a restaurant with a mini golf inside, my expectations were low. However, the food upstairs was really good, and we are gluten free and dairy free. Surprisingly really tasty! So then I expected the mini golf to be just some greens to putt into, but it was so much more than that. Imagine your nerdiest friends, or maybe the MythBusters, building a mini golf setup. Yep, that's what it was. And the fact that they have a bar you can hit up while playing, and bring the drink with you, it was pretty special. Will be going back.
Located in a not-so-busy location. Cool little spot on the corner. Love the ambiance of the place. Not fancy but just a great place to have a great time with friends. The drinks were fantastic and we all shared a pizza that was very yummy and filling. I will definitely be back.
Excellent place to go for a fun activity of indoor mini-golf with great place to get some food upstairs and a nice bar downstairs. Great service here and the place has a wonderful ambiance.
Great night. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Golf was beyond fun!!!
This place was so much fun! Great date night! Or perfect for a group of friends or coworkers!
I ordered the pastrami sandwich and it was awful. This was the first time in my life I had ever sent food back. The meat was so tough that I couldn’t even take a bite. I was unable to rip the meat apart. Also, half of the meat was a gigantic fat strip. Everything else was great, but my food was not.
Wow! We really enjoyed the game and bar concept on the first floor. Very unique. Second floor looked like a cafeteria. It needs some of that super cool and unique décor from first level. Service was great and food excellent. The chicken and waffle skewers were super tasty!
Amazing mini golf, the best we've been too so far. The installations are great and surprising, lots of fun! Food and service was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend for a fun and unusual night out!!
Great food to go along with the fantastic minigolfing experience that Urban Putt provides! We got the cheesesteak egg rolls, a beet salad, a wedge salad, and the brisket entree. All the food was delicious, and our server, Samantha, was great in ensuring all of our needs were covered. I would totally bring more friends here!
It was a fun evening! Food was good and the miniature golf was fun. I would definitely go back with a group of people.
Came early for my reservation which they were fine with plus it looked pretty empty when we got there. Ordered food and didn't come out for an hour. Didn't even get our "appetizers" till 40 minutes in. I say it with quotes because our mac and cheese and fries were supposed to be our sides with our food but came out as appetizers which it was still 20 minutes before the rest of our food came out. The food was good, I'm not going to lie but after waiting for so long it wasn't worth it. Had to order hella drinks in the meantime to pass the time and my bill came out to $95 which wasn't worth it at all. They gave free gold tickets which I appreciate but they ruined the night for me.
The food took too long to come and was cold. They brought the food for our youngest guests last. The chicken and waffles were good. They all enjoyed playing Mini golf after dinner. Next time maybe we’ll just go for the mini golf.
A fun and unique place to go on a date, with a group of friends or a family event. It's smaller than I imagined but that doesn't mean it wasn't a lot of fun. Imaginative, very San Francisco specific without being cheesy. We had dinner upstairs and the food was really good. We were celebrating a birthday and had a group of eight so we were split into two groups.
It can get very crowded so pick you arrival time well.
The title says it well. It is a mini golf in the City. Food is very good and waiters are awesome so all in all worth going if you want to spend time together. Don't bring big groups as the mini golf is truly tiny.
Such a great find! Food was really fresh and delicious. Margaritas were great and the golf experience topped off the evening. Definitely will return for food & fun time.
Part of the noise problem was not your fault; there were some VERY LOUD kids with some very lax parents. But food was yummy & service was patient and pleasant.
We went for a girls night as a large group on a Thursday. It was busy but not crowded and all adults. We had an amazing time. The food and drinks were good and the putt putt was amazing. We probably had as much fun watching the path of the balls as of the competition. I would absolutely do it again.
The course is so fun! Be sure to pay attention to all the different ways the holes handle the balls. The food is pretty good upstairs, and not too pricey. The service all around (at golf office and restaurant) was really nice!!
Everything was awesome the scenery the food the wine everything was great the only I’d say that needs fixing is that it did take a little while on us getting our food and our server was good but she could have checked up on us in the meanwhile while we waited but all in all we’d definitely go back and very recommended
We had so much fun! The food was great as well. Two for one golfing on Tuesday was a steal and such a cool experience.
I went with my family, two kids 10 and 11 and another couple with kids the same age. The food was a lot better then I imagined. The kids loved the miniature golf. But the crowd is a little more for a "party" crowd. It's not like playing putt putt in Tahoe. But they were fine by themselves and had fun. The line for the golf moved pretty slow, but hey, it's a popular place. The waitress was nice, but she charged us for a bunch of drinks that weren't ours. Once I pointed it out to her, she took it off.
Food was great. Drinks good. Mini golf was fun, except it was really crowded and we had to wait at least 7min to play every whole.
Servers were great, food was delightful. Online menu doesn’t match actual menu, but still great food.
Guy taking IDs was not friendly at all. Everyone else was friendly and fun. The food was amazing - we had the risotto and the shrimp & grits for dinner, and the butterscotch pudding and cheesecake for dessert. Great flavors and portions. Miniature golf looked so fun but we ran out of time. I’ll be back.
Really good experience. Fun, interactive. My only criticism is they should manage the crowds better. We were often waiting on the course because it was so crowded.
Super fun casual date night. The bar downstairs serves some very decent and reasonably priced cocktails which you can take with you as you spin through the mini-golf course with fun diversions for your ball. Then head up stairs for dinner where the menu is also reasonably priced and the pizza is very good!
Great service. The food is ordinary but good portions
Urban Putt is really cool. The putt putt downstairs is super clever but gets very crowded. Dinner upstairs was FANTASTIC. All 9 of us loved our meals which included salmon, pizzas, shrimp & grits, steak, salads and not to be miss the chicken & waffles app. I gave it a 4 because dessert was not good and we sampled all of them. Service was slow, it took a long time for her to even greet our table but once the manager started helping her out the service got better. Definitely would recommend Urban Putt.
It was all good. We had a reservation at 7 it was half empty. A few minutes later the whole place filled up and it got lively and pretty loud. Then went down to wait in the golf line for 20 min. It was fun. A little crowded but no biggie.
Food was fine. Only problem is that it is so popular, there is a constant line playing on the golf course.
Overall it is a great place to dine and followed with a mini-golf game. Very nice setting and a very cool mini-golf course. However we were not impressed with service. Long wait for food and not much attention provided to the table. In the end we received a wrong bill that has a $20 dish counted twice. We were in a hurry to leave after unexpected long dinner (due to long wait) so we did not bother asking them to correct the bill.
This is one of those places you have to squeeze in somehow because you can't experience it anywhere else. Incredible contraptions make up the 14 putt putt challenges. You look up after 14 mesmerizing holes and can't believe you played them in a room the size of most studio apartments. The food upstairs was very good (chicken/waffle bites were awesome, our 4 year-old like the pizza, and the drinks looked great but we weren't drinking). We went back the next day since our little guy begged us to try it again. Just try to get there when they open or not much after if you're taking any youngsters. It gets crowded quickly.
The food was great and the service was good everything was good it was just crowded for the mini good I recommend don’t come on a Saturday
Great place for fun dining after golf with the family! One of our go to places in the bay area!
Nicely decorated dining room and bar upstairs. Interesting cocktails. My salmon entree was excellent and flavorful. Thumbs up for offering small portions/reasonably priced desserts. We didn’t have the time to play a round of mini golf, but that certainly would be a reason to return. Friendly and accommodating staff. A birdie experience for our party.
Our first time here and loved it! Great for parties! The kids really enjoyed the chicke and waffle skewers and pizza! All the drinks were delicious!
