   The food was okay but the service was terrible. We were at the table for 10 minutes before the waiter came by and then it was another 10 minutes before we got water or coffee. Even when we got our coffee they didn’t bring the sugar or cream for another 10 minutes or so and at this point we hadn’t even ordered. I asked for more water three times and never got it. The waiter apologized that he was really busy with another large party but the management needs to do better on staffing and training

   Every year my boyfriend and I celebrate our anniversary as well as his birthday at Urban Farmer and last night was wonderful. Our server was fantastic. The food was delicious. The one issue we had with our meal was rectified immediately. I wish I wrote down our servers name so I could give her a shoutout. Girl, you are amazing! ❤️🖤

   So many things on the menu that I wanted to try! Would have been fabulous to be with a group and to try many dishes. I was thoroughly pleased with my selection of beef tenderloin, with no toppings, and the Mac and cheese, which was delicious. Arguable the best steak I have had outside of Texas! A cozy and comfortable place with staff that were super nice!

    The restaurant was not very busy and has a high open floor plan so it could be noisy if busy but we could carry on a normal conversation without having to raise our voices. They had run out of trout so substituted grilled salmon. The grilled crust was very salty but edible. The squash soup was good and the beet salad was very good. The service was good and the experience was enjoyable. I would try it again.

    The chicken cherry sausage is so savory and tasty. It is worth coming just to try it for breakfast or brunch. The winter squash soup is sublime as is the tomato relish.

    The steaks melt in your mouth and the crab risotto was incredible! Service staff were knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. It’s our new celebration restaurant.

    We had a tremendous dinner last night! We were reflecting on it today, thinking that every single item we ordered, including three appetizers, three entrées, three sides and dessert, were all delicious. Service (Laura and the expeditor) was amazing. Attentive, but not overbearing. Loved our experience. Thank you!

    Our server was amazing! When it took longer than he expected for us to get our food he offered us an appetizer on the house. Very kind and the Eggs Benedict was great!

    We got the smoked trout and 14 oz. ribeye, both were excellent! Service is spot on and very professional. The thing that stuck out to me was the ambiance! Absolutely perfect for the mood and setting. Highly recommend for a fancier date night.

    Solid - steaks were excellent; charcuterie board is either all meat or all cheese - no combo available ? Good wine selection and excellent non alcoholic drinks. Sides were all very delicious.

    Excellent service and cool ambience. Drinks are pricey but where are they not. Got the shakshuka for brunch. Could’ve been a little warmer and didn’t love it, but overall very good.

    Over the years, we have dined at urban farmer on special occasions. The setting is lovely and the staff interactions are typically very pleasant. Last night we treated friends for a celebration dinner and for the first time, we were all disappointed. There was a problem submitting one of our 4 courses resulting in three out of four of us eating while the 4th member of our party waited for the entree to arrive. One of the was very disappointed with the main course and actually sent it back. That has never happened for us before at this establishment. The prices are also extremely high and the portions are less generous than they used to be, something that is true for many eating establishments these days. That said we paid $350 including tip for 4 people only one of whom had an alcoholic beverage and no dessert was ordered. In the end we were all disappointed with our experience are are not likely to return. Too bad.

    Took my husband for his b’day lunch, but staff failed to make it any special even though the details were provided on reservation. Given small menu, we were expecting really good food, but it was less than average. Bartender kept messing around with music going loud to low the whole time as he was messing around with his coworkers. Ambience was the only part good for our reservation.

    Went here for my wife's birthday. Service was great, ambience was unique. The croutons in the beet salad were soggy and we didn't love that, but the steak tartare was excellent. We will be back for drinks and the steak tartare for sure. Great time.

    The beet salad and omelette were excellent. The service was helpful without being intrusive. We were seated in a little alcove which added to sense of privacy. We will definitely be back.

    First time visit for Sunday brunch. Based on reviews, expectations were much higher. Ambiance is a little strange - this is in the hotel atrium, bright, but a bit noisy. Front desk staff attire was a bit off-putting (i.e. sloppy), service was odd - things were brought in bits and pieces, such as glasses without water, order taken in parts, lots of trips by wait staff from tables to kitchen without much thought. Food was mediocre at best. Had the steak and eggs, and an open faced cheesesteak. On both, the sauces were broken, meat under seasoned, and potato rotis uncooked in the middle.

    Excellent food! Got the trout and a side of Brussels sprouts. Phenomenal. All the sides are billed as “family style” but quite small, although worth it. The ambience is modern and tasteful. There was a problem where the waitress put in another member of our parties meal as New York Strip instead of Ribeye and when the issue was drawn to her attention, she was quick to talk with her manager about a solution. Would 100% return for a meet up with friends or a nice occasion.
