Great food, atmosphere and happy hour specials but the exceptional service staff really makes this a great place for casual dining and drinks.
All pizzas were missing basil as described menu. Bar had incredibley difficult time getting a drink order of scotch on the rocks! Sent back 3 times! The bartender kept putting 7 up in it!!!!!! Waitress was great 😊

Liz was a wonderful waitress for our challenging group. She knows the menu exceptionally well, made winning, tasty recommendations and helped accommodate several special requests. Happy hour is a great value.
Great food and great service
Pizza Great....Wings Great - but do not overlook the salads - especially the Apple Salad. You can have all your guilty pleasures without feeling guilty!
VERY good pizza - and excellent service. One suggestion would be to start to carry gluten free pasta. I can't wait to go back again.

Wings were burnt, pizza nothing special.
The place was less than half full, empty tables everywhere, and they seat us right next to a loud table of 8. The obviously inexperienced waitress took our appetizer order first, then came back for entree/pizza order, and while the apps did arrive first, the pizza arrived seconds after we just started in on the apps. She should have waited till we were done with the apps to put in the order for the pizza (which takes minutes to cook in a coal fired oven). When we were done with the apps, we had to clear them away ourselves onto the nearest empty table, so we could start eating our now cold pizza (should they change the name to Urban Coldhouse Pizza?). When we asked for seasonings for the pizza (we should NOT have to ask, they should be offered), the grated cheese jar was about 10% full - with all the large pieces of cheese which can't shake out through the holes in the top. Oh and my wife's $9 glass of house red wine was like 4 oz. - I know heart healthy beef sizing should be smaller than a woman's fist, but a glass of $9 pizza place house wine? The dirty app plates stayed on the table next to us the whole time, multiple passes by our waitress garnered not even a glance at them. And lastly, another waitress sat down across from us in our section to go through her evenings haul of tips - real classy. Food? Wings and pizza (their specialty) were mediocre at best. Wings were cool, only hot where they rested on the hot plate - they must pre-cook all the wings during the day, just placing them on a hot metal plate that is heated in the oven at time of order. Caramelized onions on top were were more mushy than caramelized. And the requested complimentary hot pepper was missing (server error or cook?). Pizza may have been good if it were hot, but as stated above we had to eat it cold. I do know the crust away from the edges was a bit chewy for coal fired pizza expectations. Toppings were ample, the lone highlight. Overall a very disappointing experience.

We had pizza and eggplant parmigiana. The pizza was just good, but eggplant was no more than passable. We didn't ask, but the sauce they used did not taste homemade. Would not go out of my way to go back.

Everything was great. Our waitress was very fast and friendly.
We ordered the garlic bread which was ok, but the pizza was stone cold when we got it. The waitress would disappear.
