                              Our only complaint is that we arrived about 10 minutes early and they wouldn’t seat us and made us wait the 10 minutes even though the table was ready! We didn’t see the point in the that.

                              Service was terrible. Mistakes are OK but not double charging for their mistakes. Allergies were disregarded.  Service was inattentive.

                              This is not a typical tea service, which is what we were expecting. No finger sandwiches and non-typical sweets (donuts and mini scones, but no curd and clotted cream).

                              Service was really slow. We were there for 3.5 hours for dinner. Food was good and still really like the place, but this definitely wasn’t my best experience here.

                              Very disappointed booked this for a late dinner as my guests were flying in to Chicago late. website indicates restaurant open until 11pm. However when guests arrived at 9:30 we were told the kitchen closed at 9? Had to beg for a cheese platter to be served with the wine. We were then moved inside from the roof terrace at 10 to an inside noisy bar area.
