This seems to be a place that focuses on drinks (bottomless for 2 hours worth of brunch) and adds food as an afterthought (while trying to be edgy with it). The bloody mary was fine, but the food was merely meh. Whipped cream cheese for the bagel & lox was far too sweet, with no substance at all. The lox itself was not very flavorful. The biscuit & gravy was also bland. We didn't try the fruit loop pancakes but they seem more a gimmick than anything anyone actually needs to eat. It's a nice patio in an interesting location, but just not worth it when there are so many other excellent choices around.
Best place in old town to visit whether you’re a tourist or local.
Amazing customer service
Definitely a party brunch place, wouldn’t come here for food ever again.
Food was incredible! Highly recommend the hush puppies & cheeseburger
Loud, crowded, and mediocre. Your typical bro hangout in Old Town.
It was a sunny day and sitting outside was really nice. The brunch menu was limited but enough to make it work. Definitely comfort foods and very tasty! Although the ambiance was on the noisier level, outside we were able to comfortably converse. Inside was more of a party vibe. Both were nice, depending on what you are looking for.
I was with a party of 7 and we all ordered something different. We liked the idea of the bottomless mimosa brunch package but 1) didn't want to be limited to the available drinks and 2) thought it was a hair expensive considering those limitations. We all ordered something different and were very pleased. I had the chicken & waffle sandwich and was pleased once I got some hot sauce to put on it. I had the PB Old Fashioned to drink and it was perfectly fine - not something I'd insist people order, but not bad enough to not drink. Everyone else was very impressed with their meal. I would definitely suggest trying it out.
Excellent food and drinks! The $50 mimosa package with the brunch is genius. My girlfriends and I ate upstairs in a more secluded area, across from the upstairs bar and behind us was the view of the city! We got a complementary cinnamon roll for our food wait, which I highly recommend getting.
Absolutely loved eating dinner there! We went with the chicken tenders, the whipped feta, a burger, the soup, and the turkey club salad. Every single dish was a home run would definitely recommend going there or coming back! The cocktails we’re also delicious and inspired
BEST chicken tenders around haha - wouldn't expect it, but really great food with a fun atmosphere. good for groups
My sister accidentally broke her glass she was drinking out of and cut her hand trying to save it from falling off the table. It was completely her fault, but they helped out with first aid and even gave us free shots (and took shots with us!). Good ending to a tasty meal!
Service was great, food was fine. Drinks were what you would expect in the area. If you had to wait 30 minutes for another place in old town I would much rather go to uproar because the wait there would be much less.
Had a wonderful brunch . We started with the cinnamon roll which was delicious . We also opted for the bottomless drink package and had fun trying new cocktails . The chilaquiles were my favorite . Beautiful space to have a relaxing brunch with a pretty atmosphere
It was perfect for brunch w friends. Not fancy. Drinks good and inexpensive. Waitstaff on point.
Small menu selection & not enough beverage choices
Was seated and ordered a drink. After I was brought that drink I was told the kitchen closed 10 minutes ago. I would have just left to go eat somewhere else. So I had to drink my beer as fast as possible to get my wife and I to somewhere that had food. Also they have a huge sign that says “Late Night Eats”. It was 9:10.
It was amazing the Strawberry basil lemonade was ahmazing! The food! Where do I I start the fried green tomato sandwich was amazing we loved the cinnamon roll and the burger omg you will not
Regret this choice!
I came with a couple friends to try out the bottomless brunch package and we were not at all disappointed! The drink options were amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. The space was super cute and I definitely want to come back to try out the dinner menu and the happy hour oysters. Our server Brayton was awesome. He was super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Can’t wait to come back.
Cool and diverse menu. Not only was the server great, but the whole waitstaff were so on top of everything. New silverware, water refill, clearing plates were all dealt with promptly. Very impressive. Will definitely be back.
Uproar is a very eclectic restaurant that I highly recommend. The service was great and the food was delicious! Two words: Frito Mac!
The food was shockingly good and the bottomless was so fun! Great service also. Would recommend
Waited 20 minutes to get our first drink. Waitress offered us a free appetizer for waiting, but then ended up charging us for the meal anyways. Not a great experience at all.
Great bring! Food was wonderful, and the drink special was amazing!
Really fun spot, but just know the menu is really limited. Definitely more of a drinks and apps place than a dinner spot! Definitely worth checking out!
Super cool spot in Old Town, but the food was just not good. My bill was $91, and that was after I had my burnt sweet potato hash taken off. Definitely didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. Cocktails were not balanced, mac n cheese was dry, and it is a pet peeve of mine to get shrimp in a sauce that still has the tails on them. Cool I’m gonna get covered in sauce taking the tail off when it’s a small touch of class to have the kitchen remove instead. Oysters were pretty good, and the coconut mignonette was fantastic.
The bottomless brunch options are fantastic and the food was great. Our server Kendra did an amazing job making sure we always had what we needed and empty plates/glasses were removed quickly so our table was clean and comfortable.
Solid brunch spot. Very vibey. We will be back
Uproar is amazing!! They are so accommodating- great customer service, the drinks and food are superb and the ambiance and decor are outstanding! Highly recommend!
Great food, great service, great atmosphere!
Would go back a million times over. Great drinks, food and service.
Brunch menu had very few items. I had the fruit loop pancakes, they were alright. Also had the fried chicken sandwich and it wasn’t the best. The cocktails were extremely sweet to the point where we had to add water to them. The place is very cute though.
Amazing Food !!!!!!! This places is great ! The staff was very nice
It was a great experience. I reserved my space and wish that they would have seated us inside rather than outside. At some point the heat lamps had to be changed so it was a little cold. My meal was delicious and the waitress was amazing. Great location in Old Town.
The place was good but the food was so salty!
Food was ok but the service was very bad. Our waitress was too busy sitting at the bar chatting. The table was dirty and sticky. Won’t ever go back again!
The food and ambiance was beyond great. I came for boozed brunch with my friends. My only complaint was that the server ignored us for a bit and we had empty drinks for a while while on a bottomless time limit of 2 hours. I had the pancakes and burger. Both were excellent and I’d definitely return
Amazon food and atmosphere. Service was impeccable. LOVE THIS PLACE
We stopped in for dinner and have heard lots of great things about the place. The staff was friendly as soon as we entered the door. Our server was tentative and made sure everything was correct and our drinks were always full. The manager, Danny, checked in with us to make sure everything was well for our dinner also. The food was fantastic and came out very quickly! I would highly recommend this place for any and every occasion. Can’t wait for the late night menu to try and when they expand their menu.
