The building is cool and the it has a great view and patio. We were informed the menu was a little lean due to Covid and they were slowly adding items, which was fine. We tried the pickle fries and wings for apps -the pickle fries were way too salty and overly breaded, the wings were not very crisp, seemed kind of breaded not just fried like regular bar wings. So I wasn’t impressed with the apps but the burgers were good(minus) the pickle fries and we liked the regular fries that came on the side of the burgers, they were more like homemade chips. We got a side salad, which I really enjoyed, not sure how big the regular is but the half was enough for a dinner. Had a great waitress, so it would encourage us to try it again in the future.

I was here a week before and everything was fabulous, service, food, drinks, atmosphere. I went back for the Ancho Chile Margarita and the food. It was busier this time, and very noisy! I understand being short staffed, but our waitress did not come back to check on us for over a half hour. Appetizer was gone and both our drinks were empty. We would have ordered more but gave up. Finally we got her attention to get the check and left. We will go back, but may wait a while.
First visit to Upper Deck and we will be back. The service is terrific, really great people. I had the burger and it was really good, the fries were really different. We ate all of them and I am usually not one to eat a lot of fries. They also had salads on the menu and that was it. Covid has restricted the menu to burgers, salads and some apps. So for now, it a great place to get a cocktail and enjoy the fabulous views of the front range.
Our waitress was exceptional and the location is beautiful. We were happy with our food but felt like there should be more choices.
Great service!
Very good food! Loved the Ancho Margarita!
We went to Upper Deck on Valentines Day and were pleasantly surprised. Great food! And for being a bar/restaurant, it had a very nice atmosphere. Cindy was wonderful, and provided excellent service. Looking forward to spending a few evenings on the deck in the summer and to an extended menu.
Very good burgers, but limited choice of two due to COVID. Great and unique house fries as well.
Got drink order fairly quickly. Took about 20 mins to get second drink order and an app order. Then after 30 mins of not seeing waitress we decided to leave. When we asked for check there was not even an apology or acknowledgement of the issues.
Not waitresses fault she was only one there taking order in a full night. If they are going to reopen they need to be ready to be open. Second time we have tried this place with same results.
we are always very happy with the staff at Upper Deck. There was only 1 server that evening so it was a bit slow at first, but after everything was great. The food is always hot and delicious, and again, our server abby was really nice and apologetic for the short wait. Very consistent with the quality of the food and super sweet wait staff.
Thank you so much Cyndi and Mason. We are appalled that we left before finishing the bill. We had a wonderful evening with our son, thanks to you all, and hope to be back soon.
Even with a limited menu due to the pandemic, the food was excellent and the views outstanding. My wife and I had a plate of nachos and one of their burgers, which was juicy and beyond delicious. We will definitely be back.
Great experience. Perfectly social distance and service was awesome. Just need more beers on tap.
Love the food and service here. I just wish they would bring back the Pretty in Pink cocktail.
The drinks were delicious and well as the famous fried pickled fries ask for that yummy jalapeño ranch sauce. Our server was amazing she check up on us a good amount of times.
Service was very friendly and attentive. The food was good and the atmosphere comfortable.
Love the atmosphere ! Beer cheese with pretzel was very good. Crab mac and cheese was fair. Service was very slow with getting drinks and getting the bill. They may have been short of help.
Wry good take on food, especially being homemade! Service staff was incredibly nice and prompt!
Upper Deck had just reopened for indoor dining. Everything was clean and socially distanced. Family ordered wings - which came with Pickle Fries, 3 Burgers and a salad. Wings were tasty but sauce was all on the plate, not on the wing. Also, size of the wings was average. Highlight there were the Pickle Fries and Ranch dressing. Outstanding and highly addictive! Burgers were cooked as requested, juicy and large. Plenty of fries though family was split on the unique shape - 1 positive and two "just OK's". Full size salad with grilled chicken was a perfect meal portion. Service was great with all of us happy to be enjoying our meal indoors! Would be nice to see the menu options expand over time which would give us even more reason to return. Summertime dining will be terrific.
The food and the service was excellent, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Prices are a bit on the high side.
The menu is not overwhelming but has a little something for everyone. We had a variety of plates and everyone was delighted with their meal. The Bloody Mary wings appetizer was enough for a meal and the flavor was awesome, but be warned, they're HOT! We love hot stuff, so that was a treat.
We had a confirmed reservation but when we got there, they didn't have any tables available. Wait staff was very nice and they brought in a table & chairs from the outside deck. Basically put us in the middle of the room, but that was OK. Until about 20-30 minutes later there was some entertainment (Irish step dancers) who were needing the space we were occupying, so we had to move our table back. The wait staff said nothing about a show happening and putting our table right in the middle of the floor was unacceptable. We had a queso appetizer, which was not very good so decided to leave and go to another restaurant for dinner due to the whole experience not being good.
Service was great. The lighting in there is too bright. Food was good but a little pricey for what you get.
Enjoyed our meal at the Upper Deck. The food was very good and the portions were sizeable. Our first visit and we definitely plan to visit again.
Our waitress was incredible, but it was very bright and the tables felt smushed together. Overall, we will go again and once the outdoor seating is open with warm weather it will be amazing!
Best hamburgers ever! I also like the seasoned flat French fries.
Great food. Oysters, great hamburgers, The Derby (great drink) and fun people! Mercedes and Nate took good care of us!
Will definitely be going back! The food was great and Monet was a great server
The nachos are to die for. The pork carnitas were perfect and not outdone by the other ingredients. Great appetizer for the table, it was a mountain! Loved my roasted beet salad. The burger meat was exceptional in taste and texture. The lobster roll was to die for. Big chunks of lobster meat dressed simply on a yummy bun. Can’t wait for warmer weather and the open patio. We watched the sunset and it was a stunning view. We will definitely be back!
Great experience- food was great and so was the service. Ask for Zach!
First visit & we were pleasantly surprised. Food was great & the server was very friendly & attentive. Check it out!
Celebrated two Birthdays in our group of four . We made a reservation for a regular table but were given a high top . Very uncomfortable. The food was only ok . The service was ok . Place was very loud as all the sound rises and nothing to absorb it like rugs . Outdoor seating looks enjoyable . Will try again maybe when it’s warmer to enjoy the view and give it a try again .
Very informal and friendly. Staff were welcoming and service provided by Zach was excellent. Interesting menu and the food was good. Had the lobster roll - not quite like what I had in Boston - but very close. Will go back to try some other menu items.
After looking at many bad reviews we decided we would give them a try and decide for ourselves. WE are big foodies!! We tried the Martini Bar on opening day and was a not very happy but they had to work our kinks.
Cocktail was great, app spectacular and burger amazing.
Great service and food.
Only negative is noise level. You will need to speak loudly for your guest to hear you.
The food was good. Only problem is staging...the app we ordered took 25 minutes to get to our table (tuna stack was rally good) but not two bites in our main course showed up. They used a BS excuse on why the app was taking so long. Just own it & offer a free dessert or drink. Also, the tables are TINY so make sure to plan ahead or you will run out of space.
The food was excellent. Not a huge menu but a good variety with some specialties. For example they have their own special cut French fries which are quite good. Portions were reasonable but not excessive. They had a dinner for two - a special menu for Valentine’s Day with appetizer choice, choice of two entrees and a choice of dessert. The appetizer and dessert portions were just right. The burgers were excellent; we each ordered a burger though the special did have other selections. Our burgers were different and both were tasty, carefully assembled, and the presentation was nice, too. Our waitress was attentive and professional though she was waiting many tables. Someone else brought the food courses out, but our waitress checked in soon after each delivery. My only issue was the noise level was so high that we could barely hear each other at a table for two. There were patrons actually yelling at their own tables at each other and it really raised the volume. It’s more of a bar atmosphere but it was still loud, even for that. A bonus here is complementary valet parking.
Didn't know it was a Sports Bar plus such a limited menu. Food was not cooked per request. Gave us a 25% discount. All glasswear is plastic. Very noise. But it's a Sports Bar. Will not be returning
