   Wendy was outstanding and couldn’t do more for us. She served our table and has a delightful and pleasant nature. What an asset to Four Seasons.

   Dress code not adhered to, the big table next to us where in costumes, this was at 19h30 dinner time. Also they had a small child with an iPad blaring out kids movies that we could not hear the restaurants background music. I asked to be moved and told don’t worry they leaving! Service not as good as at Le Touessrok, they leave your table unattended for long periods I had to get up to fetch my water to refill my glass as I was tiered of waiting for them. Food was excellent potty about service and ambience ( in terms of not adhering to dress code for night which would have sorted out the main issue).

   This restaurant went above and beyond to ensure that I had an excellent dining experience. I went here for my birthday meal and I had questions before I came to the island so I contacted them on Whatsapp and they dealt with all of my questions swiftly. I was running a tad late for my reservation but they simply rescheduled the time to a later time. The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake and gave me the best table in the restaurant, as requested. My dining experience here was unforgettable, I definitely recommend!
