   Our waittress was very nice and attentive. Very nice atmosphere. We were in the back which i wish there was a tv back there.

   Everything was fine. Got seated at the high top banquette with 4 kids which was not ideal. (I did. It in our reservation notes that we would have 4 children with us) Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed fully staffed and they were all helping each other run food and drinks. Our table was touched by 3 different servers. Love seeing the teamwork. Very minimal wait time for food, which is a bonus with kids. Location is fun, right on the River. We actually chose to eat here because a storm was coming and we wanted to watch it come in. Food had high and low points: blue cheese fondue chips were incredible- the cheese, the bacon, the chips- all of it was perfect. The kids Mac n cheese was terrible. There was no cheese sauce (it was more lightly buttered noodles with some shredded cheese melted on top), no flavor or even salt, it seemed. None of the kids ate it. My pizza was great on flavor but could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Didn’t keep us from eating it. Artichoke dip flavor was really good but again, it was mostly artichokes, minimal cheese sauce so we couldn’t use the pita bread, as it just broke off in the dip. So, I had to just scoop “lightly covered in cheese” artichokes with a spoon into my chip. It was fine, just not what we thought we would get. Easy fix: the music in the bathroom was so loud that when my daughter tried to talk to me in the stall next to me, I couldn’t hear her. Music on the dining room floor was loud as well. We just wanted to have dinner and watch some basketball and chat but the music just made it so difficult. Maybe it is where we sat? I will probably try it again but I won’t rush back and I won’t bring the kids. I will probably just order those blue cheese fondue chips and the pretzel to go.

   This was a convenient place to meet our daughter who was traveling from Indianapolis to Nashville. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was excellent.

   It was a beautiful evening to watch the sunset over the Ohio River with the Louisville skyline in the background. The food was excellent too.

   Food and beer was great! Service was awful; very slow and lack of attention. At one point we asked them to close a large garage door because everyone at the table was cold and we were told "no, that's just how we roll."

   My wife and I went here for a valentines date. The service was excellent, the view of the city was great, the beer was great, and it was a nice building. However, the rock music was obnoxious, and the food was very salty and buttery. We got the steak and potatoes and the salmon dish and both were oddly salty and buttery.

    We arrived and were seated quickly. Waited what seemed to be a long time for our drink order be taken. We ordered a pretzel for appetizer and it came out quickly and tasted good. We ordered the fish and chips basket and a cheeseburger. Both came with fries. The fish tasted like it was purchased from a grocery store in the frozen department and put in the oven and baked. The burger was average. The service was good. We were in and out of the restaurant in about an hour. The atmosphere was a little bit too loud and noisy for me.

    It wasn’t the worst. It wasn’t the best. Average pub food with not so great service. On a side note, try the Tomato Pie. It was the highlight of the entire meal.

    This was our first time at Upland but not the last. Everything was great. I got the pulled pork sandwich with the Bad Elmer's bbq sauce and it was so delicious. My husband got the Ron Swanson pizza. He is very picky about his pizza and said he loved it. I tasted it and I will definitely order it in the future. My husband also tried a couple of their beers and really enjoyed them. Not only were the food and service both great but we had a beautiful view of the river and the Louisville skyline while we ate. I can't wait to go back!

    I hate writing a bad review but the food was really really not good. Really bad. Like inedible. Our server was super nice and attentive but our appetizers just.. didn’t come out. Which is fine, but our kiddos were starving so definitely disappointed… the food was not good. I hate saying that but just really not good. :/

    Great food. Good service. Ambience is too bright for our taste. Not very cozy for a dinner. Would prefer lower lighting to highlight the river view.

    We were very happy with our service, quality of food and drinks! If you are a beer lover, you'll enjoy tasting all of the different beers they brew at their brewery in Bloomington, IN. They have a lot of TVs with various sporting events. We love the location - right on the river just across from downtown Louisville. Great views!

    Reserved a bar top and was seated in the normal restaurant. The place was not very busy. Everything was OK just very underwhelming Don’t know why you are given a choice and then your request was ignored.
