Untitled Supper Club
compressed watermelon, olive miso emulsion
Ketel One Botanical Vodka, Liquid Alchemist Raspberry, Lemon, Lavender Bitters
sweet gulf shrimp covered in butter, herbs and garlic. Served with grilled lemon and bread
Fun place, rude hostess.
The experience was more like being a guest at a wedding reception than “fine dining”. Plates of boring food flung on the table by random nameless servers who were running all over the place. The chopped salad wasn’t chopped.. merely at $14 bowl of iceberg lettuce with very little else. My dinner came out 15 minutes ahead of my dates, and was cold. However, the venue is gorgeous & the live music amazing. Just like a wedding, we ate fast and headed to the bar to dance!
Our service was truly abysmal in every way.
Decent drinks in a really cool atmosphere with nice live music
go for the entertainment, food wasn't special at all.
Had a great experience overall. Celebrating a promotion for my wife with her parents. I didn't realize I needed to specify being in the showroom so we could see the band. The hostess quickly worked to get us a new table so we could enjoy. My wife and I are both work in hotels in the area. It is great to know that we can recommend to our clients and know that they will be taken care of.
11 out of 10.
Loved the Mardi gras celebration with love music, burlesque plus themed cocktail and food menu. Well done!
Thank you for the great feedback! We appreciate it! Best, Louis Gallegos Guest Experience Manager
John our server was very accommodating and friendly! Cocktails and food were delicious and the new desserts were amazing.
Thank you for the fantastic feedback! We appreciate the shout out to John and will let the team know! Best, Louis Gallegos Guest Experience Manager
We enjoyed our experience overall but the service was pretty bad. Twice we had to wait over 20 minutes for our drinks and the waiter forgot one of our entrees. It wasn't even that busy. Maybe they were understaffed. I would appreciate more vegan options.
Great entertainment ,food and service
They should not advertise themselves as a “supper club”. Furthest from the truth!! The menu was all over the place. We couldn’t see anything over our booth. Just an overall weird experience. If you are into boozy desserts, get the baked Alaska. It was completely drenched in booze. Solid 4/10.
I'm sorry that this was your overall experience. I assure you we strive to make every guest experience a great one. I would love to speak with you further in ways to repair this experience for you. Please let us know. Best, Louis Gallegos Guest Experience Manager
My second time coming, this time for my partners birthday and we stayed for hours after dinner, dancing and enjoying shows. It was so great, just a but pricey!
Very enjoyable evening with fantastic music.
This place ain't worth visiting! Service was slow and food is less quality then Denny's!
Made reservations when entering the place was very nice not as crowded. We were seated in a small area with tables instead of the nice booths that were in the surrounding area.
There was another couple two tables over
Complaining about receiving spoiled milk.
Our service was slow another couple was seated right next to us now you have 3 couples within 8 ft sitting next to each other over hearing each other's conversation!
Another waiter went over the specials when we weren't offer one.
Why would this place sit 3 couples right next to each other when the dining area is completely empty.
We moved over to the entertainment and sat at the bar were Vinny the bartender made for the bad service we encountered at dinner time!
Untitled isn't the place to drop $240 as there are many places you can receive better quality food and service..
Interesting speakeasy vibe. I’ll go back!
We chose this restaurant for its bourbon collection. They were out of almost everything! It was very disappointing!
Was pleasantly surprised how good the music performers were. The food was not great but drinks and entertainment made up for it. The ambiance felt like we were back in the 1940s. Definitely going back.
What a lovely surprise! Classy place with wonderful appetizers and great wine, beer and cocktail selections. Super spacious bar and dining rooms. Reminds me of the fabulous cabaret bar/restaurant in the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. I will be back often!
Hi Yovonne, Thank you for your review of your visit to Untitled, we appreciate hearing how our guests nights went! We have a lot of really great programming planned for 2020, as it's the centennial of prohibition and we want to capture the moment. Be sure to check us out on Thursdays when host our Unbridled show! We got there super early, there were empty seats closer to the stage, we asked the host to sit our group of 3 closer, she said she believed the tables were already booked & would check. She didn’t check & sat us down in a booth far from the stage. We watched 2 people come in after the show started & got the table we requested. They ordered a couple drinks best, while we ordered food and multiple drinks. Disappointed at the laziness & lack of service from the host.
Hi Tanya, I appreciate your feedback, and will address these topics with our host team. I can't be certain of any specific details, we do have guest that request specific tables in their resos for Unbridled. You may always do the same and we will always do our best to accommodate your request. I must say though this does not excuse the lack of a check back to at least inform you that it may not have been possible. Best, Louis Gallegos Guest Experience Manager Atomic Hospitality
Our reservation was for 6:00pm and we were promptly seated. The restaurant was a ghost town when we arrived.
We asked for a ginger beer and the server told me they didn’t have it, however there was a Moscow mule on the menu which requires ginger beer on the drink menu.
One of our guests went to the bar and brought back the ginger beer to our table.
Food was delicious, and came out at a good pace. We ordered the Octopus, sweet potato, shishitos & cauliflower, pork chop, potato gnocchi. Good mix of flavor and sizes.
Drinks took a long time to come out which was surprising, the restaurant was not even at 50% occupancy.

Way too loud with poor service.

This cozy, dimly lit jewel is great for parties and couples. The music and performers are the cherry on top. It can be romantic and fun. I definitely recommend a night out here. The staff is awesome. The food was ok, but it’s really not about the food. This place is about the cocktails, chair dancing , or cutting a rug on the dance floor. If you haven’t been. You need to go
Restaurant did not honour open table reservation
Our two daughters and 18 year old grandson joined us for a post-Christmas, post-show dinner on December 26. We had a great time at Untitled Supper Club. I did not realize that it was a speakeasy with all the atmosphere. There were few patrons at 6 pm because I think most of the action takes place later in the evening. The service was very attentive to our needs and the food was good. The blintzes and the Baked Alaska topped off a very good meal for us.
Great atmosphere, great service , the food was good but not excellent. In general its a must in Chicago, the biggest whiskey bar that I've seen.
We returned to Untitled for our anniversary dinner, and it was amazing yet again. The food was delicious, our service was wonderful; overall it was a great date night!
We LOVED this place, and ended up staying much longer than we intended to for the live music. The food was awesome, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is super kind. Great spot all around. The price is pretty reasonable too, I think we got like 5 plates for around $70.
Thank you for this wonderful review, we always love to hear how we are doing. It is great to read that you were well looked after! Come visit us again soon! Best, Louis
Great place to eat and hear live music, the place is giant and has multiple bars
Hi Jonathan, Thank you for the great feedback, we're glad you enjoyed our menu selection and the live entertainment! The duets tribute was pretty enjoyable on Saturday, come back and see us soon! Best, Louis Gallegos Guest Experience Manager Atomic Hospitality
I was referred here by one of Open Table's top 10 restaurants in Chicago. Great reviews, unfortunately I found the reviews to be a bit overrated. We had an earlier reservation and you could tell the staff was just getting in and didn't have it "together" yet. I ordered a glass of pinot noir and my husband ordered an old fashioned. His drink came right away but was only maybe 3/4 full. The server came out and apologized that my drink was not out, they could not find the bottle of wine. Longer delay, our first plate came out before my wine and once I received the wine another apology and letting me know that there was only 1 bottle of pinot noir left. I get they had an issue and appreciated the updates but they could have offered to substitute or at least to give me that glass on the house for the error. The gulf shrimp cocktail and the pretzel bread was the best food we received. The lamb was just ok, but the sauce was phenomenal, the shrimp scampi was an utter disappointment. We left a bit hungry still. If I was return I would go for drinks and appetizers only. The scene itself was pretty cool, just wouldn't go for dinner again.
Greetings! I am so bummed to hear about your experience on Saturday. Let me start off by saying you are absolutely correct in stating that we should have taken care of the glass of wine. There's no excuse to that situation; thank you for your honest feedback and I will be sure to go over this with our team in house as to make sure your experience is always paramount. The food is good in both taste and presentation as was the service. It is, however, pricey and the portions are comically small. Nice ambiance and energy. Went on a Saturday with the fiancé and enjoyed my time there. They have live music as well.
Great experience. Highly recommend.
Absolutely loved for a date night, will definitely return
Fantastic and unique dinner for a special night, months later we're still talking about how much we loved the food, the ambiance, and the 20's whiskey speakeasy vibe!
Beautiful place, great atmosphere. Service was perfect, food was surprisingly good considering the other reviews, and live music was great. The restaurant side is loud indeed, but this place is for listening to music. If you want to chat with friends, maybe it's not the perfect fit.
food and entertainment very good. Service very sub par - be prepared.
Going to this place and not being able to sit where the entertainment was located was a waste. Could have gone anywhere else for that.
Food is overpriced and good but not great. Wait staff is very friendly, however, they are not familiar with the menu. When asking about the cheese course the waiter had no idea what cheeses were served. Gave me a run down of what they were rolled in versus the type of cheeses.
Have a huge brown liquor list that was touted at the beginning of the services. Our first three tries off the list came back as a no go - not in stock.
They have a dress code that they do not advertise. No tennis shoes. Mine were designer, yet the doorman gave me a hard time which is not a great way to start an experience
For the price there is better places to go in this city.
Celebrating my birthday and had an awesome evening! Everyone there made me feel special along with great service, entertainment, food and drinks!
Arrived on time<but table not ready. That was fine, because the bar had excellent service and drinks! I inquired about our table and was assured the hostess would come get us when ready. 1 hour in the bar and ent back to hostess. They forgot about us! Quickly seated, and had excellent service and food! I will definitely go again!!
