Amazing food and beautiful ambiance
The service was extremely poor. The waitress taking our order legitimately was walking away after the first person ordered, AND after the second person ordered, AND the third. We had four people trying to order dinner drinks and appetizers, but it seems that no one really wanted to take care of us. I had to ask for water 5 separate times. I asked them to leave the water container at one point. Overall I’m upset we paid over $200 for a horrible experience.
Birthday ambiance was great.
Danny was great!!!
The food was reasonably good. Not great, but good. The overall experience was horrible though. Their concept is forced shared plates. So, people at your table need to all like the same things and should not have any food restrictions. They will not even attempt to time the food if you order your own or are couples sharing separately. The answer is that the food comes out in the order the kitchen makes it. And don’t even think about asking for separate checks, the response will be that they can’t do that because the plates are meant to be shared by the entire table. So basically, you don’t get to make any decisions about your meal here. Lastly, our server never came back to our table after taking our order other than to deliver the bill. She was willing to split it 50/50, but when she brought it back she had charged one of us for half the bill and the other for the whole bill.
Interestingly, at 7:30 on a weekend the place was 1/3 full, but Tortoise Supper Club where we grabbed drinks and dessert was packed.
It was super.
Great food, great show, server was very attentive and pleasant
Perfect spot to go relax, and enjoy some live music; or just have fun with some friends. Also has smaller rooms, for an even more intimate gathering with friends.
I would NOT recommend Untitled for Supper. YES for a club to listen to some great music. But the food that our waitress pitched as being sharable, can be split among several people was undersized and usually not enough for one person.
$16 for about 3 ounces of cauliflower and 6 shishito pepper appetizer?
$28 for about 4-5 oz of skirt steak
Ditto on the salmon, shrimp, and other appetizers. Overpriced for chicago and lacking and not on par with other nearby restaurants that focus on the food.
Most of us ending up going out to eat a few hours after dining here.
Fantastic dinner and show. The food and drink were amazing, the show was a lot of fun and pretty good value for everything you get downtown. My wife and I enjoyed it and will definitely come back with friends.
A neat place overall! Terrific music and attentive, knowledgeable service. The food was delicious and well paced out while the whiskey selection is potentially unmatched. The decor is sleek and cool and we had a terrific evening!
Great music and ambiance!!!! Always fun
Anna , who was our waitress was excellent. Freshie our bartender knocked it out of the ballpark. The manager whose name escapes me right now also wonderful. Overall this is a GEM of a location for a night out in Chicago.
Love this place, a few disappointments this time - the table wobbled every time we touched it & though the food had smoke steaming off it, it was not hot.
This was a great time! Food, music, and drinks were amazing. We had a few hiccups with service, but our waiter made up for it. I highly recommend Untitled for a night out, dinner, drinks, good music, or if you just looking for a place to celebrate life in general.
Date night out for the Noir burlesque/variety show. Absolute blast! Food was tasty and a good serving so you get what you pay for. Show was fun and my date was surprised so anyone looking to show a lady a good time, this is the place!!
Love this place for everything. Just go. You won’t be disappointed.
I always enjoy a great experience at Untitled. The staff was very warm and accommodating. And that band, Marqueal Ranae Jordan, was fantastic.
Not any vegan food on menu. And no price change when we had to take out all the things in a salad in order to eat it. So next time I’ll bring my own food. Music was awesome.
The waiter was training or something because receiving drinks took awhile. The bussers walk around to much it can be distracting and unsettling.
Terrific in every way. Great for every occasion. Menu is fantastic, Greta was super hospitable, knowledgeable, and fun.
Very cool space, performers for the Jimi Hendrix tribute were great (but a bit too loud).
Food was good, drinks were quite nice. Top notch service.
Woodstock’s 50th Anniversary!
Food was expensive with a limited menu
Unique eating and drinking experience in Chicago. Excellent bar with consistently good food. Friendly staff.
I’ve been a longtime fan but the food was a little off. Seafood might have been a lower quality than before
It was a bit loud but not so loud that two people couldn't hold a conversation. The whiskey flight was really good!
Food was amazing. Our server was very attentive and informative without being pushy or hovering. However, his backup team were not on the ball. One of our apps came out late. They kept forgetting to bring us new plates and silverware for each course. (I had to steal off of the table next to us). We went to the burlesque show after dinner. Definitely worth doing. The performers were very talented and the show had an excellent pace. Some nudity. Too bad the service was terrible. We left money on the table for our drinks because we never got a check. i would definitely go back and reserve a table for the show next time.
Great experience but would have liked some sort of warning when booking that Thursday nights is a burlesque show!
The ambiance, interior aesthetic, and service were all impeccable!
But the food and drinks were mediocre at best. I eat out for every meal and I wouldn't come back due to the food. Nothing was special, couple of the dishes not edible. At the price point, Chicago has far better restaurants in the vicinity that hit the mark on every dish. Truly, the food was underwhelming.
Food overpriced and everything was over cooked. DRINKS WERE GREAT! After we decided we didnt want any more food- our server just handed us the bill- She didnt even ask if we wanted more drinks.
It was ok. I felt it the food was too expensive for what you got. $37 for 4-5 scallops a la carte was surprising, $15 sweet potato, etc...
Went for “dinner and a show”. Despite reservations w/ request for seat relatively close to stage, was sat in the furthest seat away w/ the best view was of a 32” lcd screen (place was almost empty at the time). Waiting and food were both good, but overall this was not at all worth the value of a $180 dinner.
Our waitress took our order then did not return once throughout our meal. She finally brought our check after we asked another staff member to let her know we were finished.
I enjoyed the ambiance. The decor was great. The music was outstanding! It was a fun place to hang out with my friends. I would definitely go again.
We were looking for a somewhat late/last minute reservation after arriving in town and grabbing a cocktail - the reviews seemed alright but I'm afraid we wound up incredibly disappointed.
The untitled super club experience was a amazing! Good food, good ambiance and good service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that enjoys the ultimate dining experience.
We expected much, much more. Food, below par and not a value at all. Live entertainment, WTF? I love soul review music, especially live but the band was terrible.
Took my siblings there, who enjoy whisky. I asked in advance for a quiet table for drinks only. They complied with a great location, where we could hear the music and yet still converse. We ordered flights of whisky where my brother in law provided his expertise. The overall cost was higher than I expected, but then I don't know anything about buying quality whisky. We didn't eat, so I can't comment on the food. I provided 5 stars there to not impact the rating. All personnel were incredibly nice. The door bouncer originally wouldn't admit us, since 2 of our bunch had on graphic t's... but once he realized we had reservations, he only asked they turn their shirts inside out. Our waitress was bit 'overly perky', but nice and knowledgeable. When pushed, she did agree we should taste starting with the lower alcohol content ... yet brought the higher content out first. Overall, we had a great time and the atmosphere was a perfect contrast to the BBQ we had for dinner!
The live music and show was awesome but the food that we had wasn’t that good to be honest. We had a salad but it taste like fish. And we had orders for other things and they were just okay.
The service was amazing and the drinks where great.
This was my second time there and my recommendation however our server was terrible. Once we sat down he came over right away and we had a difficult time understanding him. After a quick intro and an overview of the menus, we didn’t see him for 20 minutes even though it was early (6:30pm and it wasn’t busy at all). He took our drink order and we had to get ice from one of the bus boys because he said he would get it when he delivered our cocktails but never did. We ordered our initial appetizers and the food was delivered by other people and he never once checked on us to see how it was. We were planning to order some additional entrees but decided to go elsewhere since he didn’t come back until the table was cleared. We just asked for the bill and went to a place down the street. As for the food, the ribs were not hot or even warm but the pretzel, cauliflower dish and shrimp cocktail were good. The best thing was the herb frites. The ambiance is pretty awesome - feels like an old speakeasy but unfortunately we won’t be going back.
