UNTITLED Champagne Lounge
For those who prefer their drink on the rocks or two fingers high, UNTITLED has something special just for you: Artisanal Champagne-based cocktails. Using progressive techniques and carefully curated spirits, we’ve created a new beast that will rival even the tastiest old-fashioned.
While drinks are our focus, there’s something to be said for properly paired accompaniments. Our food menu accentuates the bubbly experience with bites as elegant as the champagnes, and perfectly matched. The Champagne world is your oyster. (And you can order those too.)
Welcome to our swanky hideaway. Lose yourself in our world of refinement
Friday and Saturday nights brought to you by Rick Cruz (aka DJ C-Sik)
The cocktails are amazing and perfectly crafted. The atmosphere is as though you just walked into the 1960's. Our server would explain what went into the drink every time she brought it over. Very nice place to go for a few cocktails.
Amazing like always and the new staff killed it!
The hostess that evening was an incredibly nice girl
Absolutely outstanding! Came on Thursday which I didn't realize is their regular Jazz Night, the performers are extremely talented performing both classically jazz songs along with contemporary top 40 songs in the style of jazz. Ambiance with this beautiful prohibition style decor of a classic hidden turn of the century cocktail bar. Obviously they excel in the sparkling and Champagne but Nate behind the bar creates some really awesome cocktail. Absolutely adored Angela, she is such a nice waitress and extremely knowledgeable.
Very classy - feels like you’ve stepped into a different era. Friendly service and good drinks. Could have a more accommodating food menu but still tasty nonetheless. I appreciate the gender neutral washrooms!
The music could have been better, it was generic and didn’t fit the overall mood of the bar. Our server was excellent she was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive even when it got busy. The drinks were excellent, we didn’t have any food as the menu was limited and didn’t have anything we fancied. A few sweeter options that pair well with champagne would have been nice such as fruit or light macaroons.
The Cocktails were delicious and the setting and decor was cool, though if you have more than two people in your party, someone will have to sit on an uncomfortable stool instead of the cushy couches. But we came to enjoy the drinks and the food and never even got offered food or a second round of drinks. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated right next to the only other party in the bar. We were brought one round of drinks and then no one came back to our table for an hour to get us more cocktails or offer us anything from the delicious looking menu. After an hour we went and found the hostess to get our bill and then went for food and further drinks somewhere else. It was a disappointment as we were there for my wife's birthday and had been looking forward to it but we will probably try it again, just won't count on eating.
We were on a double date with friends, we ordered three appetizers. Two of those appetizers were the wontons and gyoza, which came in three pieces. Three wontons, three gyoza. They not only seemed a bit overpriced (delicious, but overpriced), but we were four people. I’ve been to other restaurants where we were warned when ordering that there was an odd number of pieces for the number of guests and the server asks if we want to add an extra, which is very helpful. I would suggest your servers do the same. I genuinely would not have suspected that a $15 wonton appy would’ve only contained three wontons. When we saw that there were only three pieces when it arrived, it was disappointing, and the value just didn’t seem worth it to order more food and spend the remainder of the evening here so we moved on.
Considering Untitled isn’t normally open on a Wednesday, I thought I would check out the spot for valentines eve with a date. It was nice to see the room packed with many good looking couples. The music was smooth R&B and wasn’t overly loud, a conversation could still be had. We sat at the bar and the bartender Nate explained each cocktail he was making for other guests while pouring the Pol Roger Black Foil we had ordered. He was very quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff was all very friendly and convinced us to get food, even after having a very large meal earlier. The food was fantastic, hats off to the chefs! Highly recommend Thursday nights for live music, perfect for another date night.
It was my first time there with a really special date. We both had an amazing experience. The staff were very attentive, bottle service was awesome! Service was fantastic. Those couches were so comfortable and cozy. I will definitely bring my date back here again and recomend others to do the same
Champagne/sparkling flights are awesome - and the server was knowledgeable and familiar with explaining the differences between each of them. Duck Confit Wonton with Blood Orange Reduction was absolutely fabulous, and the Oysters Rockefeller were a tasty blast from the past! I look forward to returning to try their cocktails - really unique and inventive.
We didn’t order any food so it was really hard to rate that.
Cozy and classy . Beautiful environment and staff . Very intimate for any occasion . Definitely one of the best lounges in Calgary !
Our hostess was amazing and upsold us on NYE!
Overall, really great experience. The only downside were the appetizers were expensive for what we got
The place is very cool, drinks are pricy... but the waitresses... not sure if it was just an off night, but boy were they bad! One waitress dropped 2 trays full of glasses throughout the course of the night and celebrated and danced around when she did so. Our waitress forgot 4/7 of our drinks , one of which she just gave to some random not at our table and the others never showed up... we eventually got so frusterated with the wait staff we decided just to leave.
what a great concept. loved the decor and the feel. the crowd was not the best, unfortunately. not untitiled’s fault, but worth mentioning. the snacks we had were really delicious. and the bubble selection was fantastic.
Was not what I thought it would be.. good spot for a few coacktails...thought it was going to have more tapas type food...very limited if you do not like seafood. Which my wife does not...the cheese plate was very good and our waitress was awesome.
We had an amazing time there. The food was delicious and champagne was surprisingly reasonably priced. Our server was friendly but, one of the people at our table ordered one of the starters and was never brought it. Understandable because it was busy but, towards the end of our night he and Another guest ordered another drink and it was never brought over/ordered for them. The server also told us that the appy was ordered in the system but for some reason never made. I feel like she should have been paying attention to our food order and noticed that before it was too late.
Cocaine and champagne. Gitty up seriously though this place is pretty cool.
Great place! Loved the atmosphere! They also let you open your bottle with a sword! So don't forget to ask
Service was awesome, drinks were awesome, music was awesome we just hit the wrong time and it was empty!!! Hope to go check it out again soon did. It have any food so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and rate it 5 because of the rest of the experience
What wonderful idea that has been terribly executed.
A simple order of a 5 glass tasting flight turned into a 15 minute ordeal as the server was only able to recommend Moet and Verve Clicquot. Brands that we are familiar with and have had often - so often we buy Verve by the case at Costco. I don't want to drink a wine I buy Costco while at a specialty champagne lounge (with a huge mark-up) when I'm hoping to find a new and unique favorite. Once the server had conceited that she had no idea what anything on the menu was, a manager came over to help and unfortunately was not much better. Too bad there is no sommelier.
We ordered a couple plates of food - a cheese tray and oysters. We sent the oysters back as they had a strange buttery almost cheese like white crumble on top of each one. When we asked the server what the white crumble was, she did not know.
Overall a very disappointing experience that I would discourage anyone from wasting their money on.
The food was absolutely Wonderful!!!
The Service was the best I have ever had!!
The jazz was also great!!
We had a wonderful time chatting, sipping , and munching.
Thank-you Very Much!!
Great atmosphere, amazing entertainment . Fun night out.
What a great place ! Love the selection of different Champagnes wish the higher-end champagne you could still get by the glass but you couldn't but overall the atmosphere Decor service was phenomenal
Amazing here. Great cocktails with amazing service. Very friendly.
Thursday night jazz night is good. Seating really bad/painful. Drink selection great. Food selection even smaller than on website.
Ambiance was creative with upbeat music. Cocktails were fairly priced and well-balanced. Great for getting together with friends for drinks. Menu was unique with some interesting flavours but was over priced with small portions. 8$ for 1 small piece of sub-par sushi. Found the food to be pretentious.
I realize the place just opened but,
The pictures on the wall look like they are taped on and lifting off.
My champagne glass was empty and the waitress just watched while I poured a glass myself.
I did not care for the music - it was early on a Saturday and rap was the only genre playing. We said to the manager we were not crazy about the music and he said to come back on a Thursday night.
My expectations were high, I was very excited for this place to open. The champagne and food were good, service was just okay. I would like to try a Thursday night maybe.
Everything about Untitled was great except for the very loud rap music that inhibited conversation. I'd go back on a night when they are playing anything but rap music. It was not really busy - probably due to the hockey game- there was only one other group. Nonetheless our group found it a bit difficult to have a conversation over the music.
Really cute place and atmosphere. The live music is amazing!
I really enjoyed it. The only negative I have is that I poured our champagne all night instead of our server, she was only by to take our order then we didn't see her again.
Walking in wasn't what I would expect a champagne bar to look like whatsoever because it was dark and brown/black ... looked more like a scotch or whiskey bar, overpriced champagne, cocktails weren't great, the crowd was not what I expected it to be. My friends and I probably will not be going back.
