    What a great experience we had. Me and my wife wanted a great dinner while our stay at a Disney hotel. Well we got more than just a great meal, we had a great calm attentive meal with our 4 year old daughter. Excellent hostess which I forgot the name was very helpful throughout the meal and let us know about the hidden fairy doors. We sat outside with Valintina as our Excellent waitress that you could not ask for any better an experience. Food was well worth the price with one of the best burgers I've ever had and my wife's salad that was so creative. Will definitely be coming back to try some more of the creative dishes and sit outside which has a beautiful site without any building in site but it's own. Free parking through validation is also a plus.

    Buffet was horrific…no food replacement. Pancakes were out for 10 minutes, OJ for 10, donuts - maybe they just ran out. Seems to be mismanaged in terms of preparation and execution.

    Menu was small. Wish they had additional sushi rolls to choose from. The bread with sweet butter and salts was a nice addition. The "black and blue" pizza was fabulous. Hubby had the snapper which was delicious. The waiter was attentive. Will definitely visit again!!

    This was our first Magical Dining experience and we really enjoyed it. We are here for a staycation and our daughter had told us about this feature. Our server was Valentina and she was delightful. The food was very good and just the right amount. Would definitely take advantage of this again.

    The Arroz Caldoso de Marisco was amazing as always. The service was particularly good this evening with our usual waitress and her colleagues. Bread service was prompt, water service was continuous, and the timing between courses was perfect. Also, the Dulce De Leche Molten was simply scrumptuous!

    We made Sunday brunch reservations to celebrate a family birthday. Everyone (from 20 year olds to 80 years olds) enjoyed the experience. Our server, Keeshaun, was very attentive without being intrusive and brought a birthday treat with a candle to the table at the end of the meal for our birthday celebrant. The chefs went out of their way to make poached eggs in the kitchen for one person in our party, even though that was not part of the omelet/egg station. Everyone who had the omelets prepared fresh by the chefs at the egg/omelet station (including egg white omelets) was very pleased with the quality of the omelets. The selection of brunch items was broad, varied and tasty (from smoked salmon to pastries to fruit to breakfast meats to juices and veggie options). We had a booth in the main indoor seating area and were very comfortable and could carry on conversations with no ambient noise interference. For what is offered at this brunch and compared to other brunch pricing in the area, we would recommend this venue/experience.

    First I have to mention how incredible the service is at Unreserved. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed, and the moment we mentioned it was a long over due date night the hostess offered a more secluded table in the back. The ambiance was perfect for a date night out! Our server was knowledgeable and honest in his recommendations and that is always appreciated and he was on top of everything! We mostly came back for the crab legs, and they were as good as we remembered! We tried oysters for the first time bc why not and though we didn’t like them, they were served beautifully! We didn’t love the pasta and meatballs that we ordered, but we will just have to try something else next time! We will be back, if for nothing else the crab legs, service and ambiance.

    Selection was incredible for breakfast buffet. Host staff, servers and cooks were all very accommodating. We had not stayed at this particular hotel before and agreed it will be our go to from now on. Spectacular experience.

    The breakfast buffet is plenty of food. None of it is good. The omelette/egg chefs were a joke to watch. My omelette was tossed 3 times. They continued to make mistakes and I kept saying i will eat that. Nope out in the trash again. The price is WAY too high for what you get. Cold eggs, potatoes….everything. Service was fine.

    We went for a pre-concert dinner, as the restaurant was part of Magical Dining Month. We both had the Tuna Crudo. It was fabulous. Really a perfect appetizer. Then we both went for the Chef's special creation Arroz Caldoso de Marisco. Lots of very well cooked seafood, but we both thought the tomato sofrito was much to sweet. Ended up tasting like ketchup, so a little disappointing. For desert we had Arroz Caldoso de Marisco, which was excellent, and the totally reimagined Carrot Cake, which was also very good, but way too big. The atmosphere was quiet as we were the only guests in the restaurant during almost the entire meal. Granted we went early (5 PM) to catch the concert at EPCOT, but that was a shocker for a giant resort hotel.

    This remains a favorite for combining comfort food with lighter fare. The Unreserved Roll and the House Made Vegan Meatballs (and the focaccia, of course) made for a nice fusion appetizer. The Arroz Caldoso de Marisco (with its scallops, shrimp, and mussels) constituted a seafood delight. Of course, the Dulce De Leche Molten was a fantastic way to conclude the meal.

    The chefs special was overdone. The mussels were tuff, sausage over cook,charred burnt on most pieces. Salad (spinach) was good the crab sushi excellent dessert carrot cake good very well presented. Overall I would go back but do not recommend the chefs seafood special on the magical dining menu. Also $16 for a small glass of gin & tonic a little too pricey. Loved the restaurant it was very open, great decor and view Of pool. Waiter was great

    We don’t know why more people don’t seem to know about this “hidden gem”! The food is great! The chef who creates the vegan sushi is the best! The ambiance is great! (We always eat outside.) The servers are all great! ….. and the manager came over to welcome us back! 👍

    Five out of five stars, our server, Valentina was absolutely amazing, super attentive, and very knowledgeable of all of the menu items. My parents are super picky eaters, and they absolutely loved every single recommendation she made. Great ambience, and made my mother’s birthday dinner feel memorable. We will definitely be coming back.

    Service was great, food was not. The pretzel appetizer was over cooked and burnt, the fish was over cooked and burnt as well. The prices are way too much even if the food was cooked well. The portions are small for the exuberant prices. By the time we cut away the burnt outer 1/3 of the fish, there was roughly 3-4 oz of actual edible meat. Prices need to come down or portions need to increase. At a minimum, food needs to be cooked well.

    Good food. Being that there are different kitchens for items on menu, it would be helpful to have better time so that all dishes arrive to table at the about the same time. Burger arrived a good 25 minutes before our two pasta dishes. All in all, good meal.

    We booked this restaurant for my mother in law’s birthday when we were vacationing in Orlando. We had a 5:45 pm reservation and were the only party (of 7) in the entire restaurant. We had a wonderful server, Mateo, who helped us navigate the confusing menu. They have 3 separate kitchens they get food from. The food took forever to get out. At least 30 minute between my mother in laws meal, my husbands meal, and lastly mine was delivered after everyone had finished eating. Our server was doing his best to serve us and another table and clear our table, while his coworkers sat around and did nothing to help him. The bartender even was making drinks for himself instead of putting the proper drinks in the right glasses. Mateo can stay but don’t bother with this restaurant even though it’s in a very fancy hotel.

    Had high expectations. Ordered 2 different beers, first was unavailable due to an issue with the beer taps, 2nd order was unavailable due to sessional shift even though was on the menu. Two other bars in hotel that had working taps. Burger was way under cooked. Experience was a big letdown. Needs better customer focus. 11th floor bar was awesome.
