   Avoid at all cost, completely incompetent. I booked a table 2 weeks ahead for the jazz night for 2 people for 7pm. I booked through the website directly. I was asked the day before to confirm the booking which I did. When I booked I specifically asked to be seated near the band, the only reason we were coming was the live music. When we arrived a few minutes before 7 I showed my booking and was told all the seats bear the band have been given out and I should go try and find a seat if there are any in the back of the venue. I repeated that we booked and had a reservation for 7pm specifically for this reason. The manager said he knew but we should try and find seats at the back if we want. We tried but most tables had reserved sign on and by the time we could have sat down we may as well have been at a different venue listening to music from a different room. I tried to speak to him again, there were tables at the front with reserved sign on, I reserved a table, arrived on time. He told me all tables are gone. I tried to speak to another member of staff about raising a complaint and he said he didn't know how to and the manager was the most senior person on site. It was an absolute disgrace, why take bookings if you won't honour them. We drove over half an hour for this event. I would never come here again. Awful customer service, the incompetence is ridiculous. We left of course.

   drinks ok, long wait when no one else was there, food selection poor and took ages, overpriced

   There was clearly a drainage problem around the bar with an over whelming unpleasant smell of egg. The bar lacked atmosphere and ambiance even with the decor being extremely sterile and bland. We had to ask twice for our drinks orders to be taken despite no one else really being in there. The drinks themselves were nice. The bar manager was friendly and advised that he was training staff that night. We went on a Friday around 6pm and it was like a ghost town in the whole building. We spent the evening saying it felt like we weren’t meant to be there.

   Had a great night visiting the Sky Lounge. The cocktails were great and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

   I ordered a mojito which could have been a lot lot better for the price. The second drink wasn’t too bad. Overall venue is ok, but windows need cleaning if you want it be looking out of them.

   Great staff running a large area which is now cutting back on food, shame as it could be great given the right backing and support.

   Definitely not somewhere to go for a night out! Much more sophisticated and for quiet drinks. We booked for food however when we got there they said they were not serving food. Ordered a drink and unfortunately left to go elsewhere.

   Nice enough for the quiz not sure about a full evening meal, strange situation knowing it’s a Bank floors below, Staff are very attentive if a little short in numbers. Drinks can be expensive if you don’t choose wisely. It kinda grows out on you and better in the weather is nice enough to sit outside.

   Wonderful ambience and very friendly staff. They provide a personalised experience and you will feel the service was tailored just for you.

    My and my partner had a pre drink at the sky lounge before our meal at dinpa, where we was approached by the manager saying that my partner didn’t pay for the cocktails we had. The approach was awful accusing and left my partner feeling embarrassed as we was on our monthly date night ! The manager should have worded and checked first or privately pulled my partner aside to ask the question first before saying you didn’t pay for your cocktails up stairs My partner had paid for both cocktails as we checked payment online and this transaction had gone through successfully!! This total ruined our experience and the manager needs to address her approach to this type of situation going forward
