    Called in twice to see if we could change our reso from 2 to 4 and they said no then sat us next to an empty table of 4 for the entire time we were there! Wasn’t worth it and left feeling very disappointed

    First time visitors. We were treated with great warmth and courtesy. The restaurant itself is beautiful and original. The lunch menu was very appealing. Top tip, you can view that day's menu on the restaurant's website prior to arrival. Our food was delicious, the portions generous, the staff impeccable. Looking forward to returning for dinner soon. Thank you for a lovely and memorable meal.

    Union is a "Do Not Miss" restaurant in Toronto! The food and service was exceptional! Our server, Tom, expertly navigated us to a few of their standout dishes and he was spot on. My husband enjoyed a gin and tonic made with their house-made tonic--wonderful, he reported, while I enjoyed a glass a red wine. We started with the beef tartare which was beautifully presented and so tasty. Next up was a delicious and light salad consisting of apples, radicchio, celery, and an amazing brie cheese--yum! We shared the swordfish which was superbly prepared with asparagus. Even if you're full, you must try the ginger cake with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream--heavenly! We enjoyed the food and also the top-notch, friendly service. Highly recommend Union.

    Had a great time at Union this week! Everything we ordered was delicious-Dessert portions were crazy! Will def be returning again and again as I’d love to try everything else they have to offer
