Everything was excellent as always!
We love Union Station, but we usually go for the bar food - burgers, tenders, beer. This time we decided to try out their Providence restaurant week menu, and wowza it was incredible! We got full pours of beer with our courses, and they were perfectly paired with the burrata salad, fish sliders, and cherry chocolate cake. We also had the fried mozzarella appetizer, and it was so fresh! I mean the beer alone was worth coming here for, but whoever their chef is now better never leave. They are a gem! So delicious and an excellent value.
Menu on Open Table is not the current menu. Current menu is more limited. Food was excellent
Good service and good food as always
It's been many years since my last visit to Union Station. I gave it another shot after a bad experience. I am glad I did. The beer, service and food were all very good.
Loved the band, food was good, and the trouble in lil Rhode is great
Made reservations for 3pm. Info on website re parking was ambiguous. Parked in lot anyway, took a chance.
Arrived at USB to see signs re masks or show vaccine cards. NO ONE at host area to check either.
USB was not very busy as we expected on NYEve/Covid.
Sat at bar, chatted with some nice out-of-towners.
First 2 bartenders not impressive re customer service, third one was more attentive.
2 home-brewed beers @$10 per, 2 9-oz Meomi wine @ $17 per glass, mac n' cheese/chicken and a burger.
Happy to give USB some business during Covid times.
Feeling taken advantage of re price of beer and wine.
Visited USB many times but not motivated to return.
Always a great place to grab a burger and beer! At times parking could be scarce but be patient and look around!
I have been to union station many times and loved it. Well I didn’t love it this time. We got there at 6pm and didn’t receive our food until 715. They service was horrible . The waitress was not even sorry about the service . She said all I do is take the order I don’t make it. Also a man who appeared to be the manger delivered the food . No apologies and then argued with my husband about the time we waited . I know restaurants are short handed but when there’s a problem you need to take care of it
We had a great experience and the food was really good. The cauliflower tacos were quite surprising and I would eat them again tomorrow if I could!
Food was not very good, they forgot to bring FOUR meals for our party of 12 (brought them when we were done with our meals, then took TWO off the bill as a gesture), and didn’t seat the party how they had promised over the phone…but the music they played was perfect so at least the experience wasn’t awful.
Service was great limited meun and the food was ok. 3 out 4 people at table had fish and none of us would get it again if we go back. Great selection of beer.
Food was great! They've added a few new entrees which was nice. Think they need to offer a few more, healthier sandwich options, ie eliminate one of the fried chicken sandwiches and add a grilled chicken option. Beers are delicious! Definitley need to refurbish the tabletops-very sticky and reupholster the booths- cushions are ripped. Service was good.
Great food, attentive staff. Not extremely crowded or noisy.
Great restaurant. Went on a expected busy night and have a wonderful meal. Food was excellent and server was great.
Short of help, short on service. 25 minutes before saw first service. 1.25 hours to get food. 10 minutes to eat before leaving for PPAC. All other restaurants in area permanently closed. Very disappointed.
Disappointed in the food. A bit embarrassing since this is where we decide to eat after picking up our friends from the airport. Wasn't a good way to start the visit.
Love their bread! It was a quiet Fri afternoon, after Thanksgiving day. Good food, yummy drink!
Our waiter was awesome! The food was delicious
Great food great service fish and chips were delicious and so was the pumpkin ales. Definitely worth another visit 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Pre PC hoop game dinner. Food and service both good. Will be back…
Simply amazing. The food was perfectly cooked (mushroom onion burger) the fries were hot and fresh, the macaroni and cheese was creamy and delicious. And it came out a lot faster than I thought for such a busy place.
Now the best part, the beer. The cinnamon wage was by far the best pumpkin beer I've ever had. Period. Sorry Shipyard. Sorry Sam Adams. Youve been dethroned. The Kennedy Pilsner was perfectly flavorful and smooth and cranston thug life was a delicious IPA you could drink every day. No too heavy, not too light. Just right.
Our server (Annie?) was pleasant, professional and very personable. It was fun talking beer with her. I actually felt like she wanted us to enjoy ourselves. That's a feeling I have not had from a place in a long time. The restaurant itself is well decorated. Its an older building but with an industrial modern touch. And clean! Everything was clean! Even the bathroom was clean! I was not expecting that from a brewery. If I could give them 6 stars I would. It was simply amazing!
First time there. Great food and server was excellent!
Good food and drinks with fast service. Very happy with the experience.
Overall good experience. The one snag was our waiter disappeared for a while & we had to ask someone to find him so we could get another round of drinks.
Chris was amazing :)
A special shout out to the sisterhood that I got to experience this evening! Awkward first meet was saved by a staff that had my back and helped me navigate while also enjoying their great beer flight and burger!! Thank you Sarah and crew!
The service was excellent and the food was great. It was a little noisy, but not an issue.
Our service was excellent, the brewery beers were great but the food was terrible. All of our burgers were over cooked and burnt.
Graduation and birthday
The staff was awesome! The bartenders were top notch, the food was excellent
Sat outside on a nice night and grabbed burgers. Seriously use of the best burgers we’ve had anywhere! The char on them was awesome and they weren’t Overcooked!
Very friendly! Kevin who was our server and also the bartender was the best and when I say the best including any restaurant that I've ever been to
Perfect for a celebration, fun event with friends and to catch a game
Water fire and birthday. The waiter was super busy but was really funny. Looked like he enjoyed his job.
Fun place. Service was great when they came by. We did need to seek them out either at the bar or walking several times. Did seem like they were attentive to other tables. Food okay, drinks great and lots of TVs for the games.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The drinks were great and the food was delicious! The prices were surprisingly moderate.
Avoid this place at all costs
Always a solid stop. New chef expanding the menu soon. Five of their beers on tap and a great selection of guest beers and wines.
The food was fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious.
