Great, very fresh seafood but basic menu with only simple one side with entree. They need to add slaw or something else as a side.

We were excited to dine at this historic restaurant, but I cannot recommend it. Our food was mediocre at best, especially considering the entrees were $35+. The fried fish platter really was underwhelming. We did enjoy the clam chowder. Our server was sweet but seemed very rushed on her occasional stops at the table. Our other meals in Boston were much better.

Fun to see the infamous Kennedy booth. We had the lobster mac, seafood sampler (2 oysters+2 clams+3 shrimp), one bowl of chowda, one mixed drink, and one root beer. It was $110! The memory was great, but the portions were tiny and overpriced.

We had a late reservation at 9pm because of a full day touring Boston, the service and food were excellent! Clam chowder and crab cakes were the best! Would recommend to anyone visiting Boston!

A portion of history served with an outstanding dining experience. Scallops were fantastic (ask for them fried) served with a side. Perfect and exactly as remembered from a previous time! Waitstaff is knowledgeable and outstanding! Don’t miss this restaurant!!
